Daniel had seen every inch of her naked body earlier, and nowhere on her did he notice a freaking tail, “You… just, out of nowhere, have a tail? Attached to you!?”
She turned her backside showing the grey furred tail pushing down her khaki shorts and pink thong. An oily substance stained her side. “I spilled some of that oil stuff and I felt a pinch above my ass. I thought something was in my pants, when it filled with something prickly. I reached in and it was this tail. It grew even longer in my hands.”
Daniel felt a growing warmth in his crotch. He wasn’t turned on by this was he? He didn’t think so. Right now he felt like he was in a dream. None of this made any sense. How was it possible for a human to grow a tail? He tried to focus on using his upper head rather than the one in his pants.
The strange man was now very cross. “You spilled my fucking Silicon oil distillate.”
Sandra apologized, “I’m sooooo sorry Merlin. It was a complete accident. I didn’t know it would grow a tail.”
“The oil had nothing to do with it you insolent girl!”
Daniel looked to Merlin, “Was it the silver ball that grew the tail?”
Merlin spat back, “Very astute reasoning skills my boy!” *sarcasm* “Indeed it is. It’s also the reason for her other changes.”
Sandra gasped, “Oh my god. I’m growing fur! I just shaved this morning!” Sandra’s arms and legs had grown slightly noticeable grey fur. She also felt a tightness in her boots, but she ignored it.
But Daniel and Merlin were looking at her face. Daniel gasped, “Sandra your ears!”
Her hands went straight to her ears. She felt they were longer and furry. “No.” She ran to the mirror over by the book case. Her ears were now pointed and covered in the same grey fur. She noticed some slight fur on her sideburns and cheeks. “I’m turning into a freak or … an animal!”
Merlin smirked, “You just go messing with stuff you know nothing about and expect everything to go hunky dory, huh?”
She stared at her hands, and she could tell her fingers were slightly thicker. Her nails were now thick and pointy. Sandra was now very concerned, “Your magic can stop this right? I don’t want to be a gopher!”
“There’s no such thing as magic, and there is no true permanency - only degrees of complexity. Secondly, by your changes so far, clearly you’re becoming a wolf. Lucky you. You could have become a potted plant or a duffle bag just by touching the sphere - or actually, it’s a Silicon Mult-dimensional Conductor.”
Daniel felt the blood run from his face. He knew he had grabbed the sphere from Sandra.
“I touched it too… the silicon thing. Will it turn me into a wolf?”
“Ha! Of course you did. How long did both of you two hold it?”
Daniel thought back before this pandemonium, “She held and stared at it for about fifteen seconds. I just took it from her to put it back.”
Merlin thought, “Hmm. Well, maybe, you’ll grow a wolf nose. Or nothing. Or maybe you’ll just get cancer.”
Daniel wasn’t so happy about cancer or having a wolf nose, but at least he was normal for now. Sandra, however, was watching her slow but noticeable change into a wolf. Sandra’s nose had flattened and become a little darker. The tightness in her boots had become pain, and now three indentions on each could be seen. “Oh, god. My feet are changing.” She quickly unlaced her boots and pulled them off. Her five toes were now thicker and ended in black claws. Her feet were somewhat furry and almost two sizes larger now. “I’m growing wolf paws now!” She held her foot in her hand, and could see the bottom of her foot was halfway to having paw pads. The palms of her hands also showed the slight outline of pads.
Daniel now had a full on erection, and he was trying desperately to hide it. The outline was clearly visible through his jeans, but the others were too distracted to notice. Acting casual, he ignored it the best he could until he could take care of this business.
Sandra stood on her changing feet. She begged, “Merlin you said you could stop this. Please help me, I’ll do anything.” She stared sorrowfully with her big amber eyes. Two teeth, soon to be fangs, could be seen just touching her bottom lip.
Merlin picked up on the hint she meant anything sexually. Perhaps he would take her up on it later. “You owe me big time missy. I’ve dealt people far worse punishments than wolfdom for similar offenses. Yes, I’ll stop the transformation. Before I let you leave this mountain though, you’re going to replace what you’ve screwed up. Also a few ‘errands’.”
Sandra was relieved. “Yes, thank you! I accept.”
Merlin began thinking how he was going to solve this. He knew of nearly thirty possible solutions with varying utility, but he had nothing on hand, “I’ll see what I can concoct to counteract the Silicon Conductor. Let me check the study.”
