John felt dizzy and opened his eyes. He darted up. What did his dad do? John ran toward the bathroom and stared at shock at the reflection he was seeing:
The body he had stolen before was completely gone. His hair was now orange. His tan was gone, leaving only pale skin. His green eyes were now blue. The only thing the same was the age and that he was still a bit muscular. Then he heard a knock at his bedroom door followed by a "John, you awake?"
It was his mother, John didn't want her to see him in a diffrent body but when she opened the door and saw his face she didn't react, all she said was "Breakfest is ready" before closing the door and leaving. John soon realized that the bracelet must have alter reality that only he and his father knew about that his body was diffrent. John couldn't stay in a diffrent body forever he had to find a way to steal it back. He put on some clothes and went downstairs to see a plate of pancakes on the table. He heard a car and remembered his mother left for work at this time of day. Then he also realized that his dad left for work at 5:00 am and it was only 7:00 am. His school didn't start untill eight-thirty.
If he could sneak in and find the bracelet in his parent's room he might be able to fix this. He went in and looked around. While searching John decided not to make a mess or his dad would realize he'd been look for it. Then he spotted something silver under the bed. He yanked it out to see it was the bracelet along with a note that said:
DEAR JOHN,
I KNOW THAT ONCE I LEAVE FOR MY JOB AND YOU WAKE UP YOU'LL DISCOVER YOUR NEW BODY AND TRY TO CHANGE BACK BY LOOKING FOR IT, WELL IT SEEMS YOU HAVE FOUND IT IF YOUR READING THIS BUT WHILE YOU WERE ASLEEP I FIGURED THAT THE BRACELET WAS CAPABLE OF MANY MORE THINGS AND I DECIDED TO TRY ONE ON YOU.
Then John felt strange...
