It had been a long day at class when Sarah finally made it back home. It had been another boring day at school, and she could finally relax. She booted up her computer to check her e-mail and found an e-mail from one of her friends.
"Huh, what's this..." she said, the link was to a website that had some sort of weird questionnaire. "Huh, Animal Transformation Questionnaire? I wonder what this is about..."
She clicked it and the first question popped up on the screen.

Sarah thought for a moment, that was kind of weird, but she shrugged and typed in yes.

That made Sarah pause, but hey, it was all for fun right? She thought for a moment, she had always loved horses since she grew up on a farm. If she had to choose, that would make sense, so she typed in Horse.
3) What method would you prefer to tranform under?

This took a moment to decide, its not like Sarah had ever really thought about this. She typed in B and C, that seemed simple enough.

"Okay, reasons, reasons..." Sarah said, brushing a strand of red hair from her eyes before typing in B.

Well, that was an easy one, unless horses magically showed up in her classroom, definitely C.

That was odd, did it mean how long it would last to transform, or how long the transformation would last? She shrugged and typed in D and one hour.

She thought a moment, well, it would at least be kind of strange and noticeable otherwise, so she typed in yes

She typed in pet and hit enter.
"I don't even know what to expect here..." Sarah said.
The screen turned white for a moment as a green progress bar appeared. The bar vanished after a few seconds and an image of a pasture appeared. It seemed to be empty for a moment before it was joined by an image of two horses appeared at full run. Sarah smiled and saved the image, she might as well, she did love horses after all.
She let out a yawn, she figured she might as well get some sleep. She shut off her computer before heading to bed. Images of horses running going through her dreams.
The screen flickered on a moment before showing the words, PROCESSING REQUEST... and after a moment it read, HORSE REQUEST TO BE GRANTED... ENJOY YOUR NEW LIFE.
With that it shut off again. Sarah had no idea what would await her the next day.
