Despite his impending regression into a second childhood, Brian spent the last remaining hours of his adulthood in relatively bored state. Mary Ann ordered Brian into the shower upon their arrival at the Retreat and then gave him some of her husband's clothes to wear until he was Agetripped. After she put Charlotte down for her afternoon nap she then instructed Brian to help her assemble the bunk-bed that was to become his own. The two working together managed to set it up without much trouble at all.
By the time they were done, Micheal and Jack had returned home and Brian found himself once again eating dinner with the Sunderland family. Though the circumstances were completely different. He learned that Micheal, his soon to be dad had actually built an Agetripper in the basement of the Retreat and was informed of the procedures they would be going through once they finished dinner. Brian couldn't help but notice Jack's wide smile throughout the meal. The kid must have been excited as hell for him to be Agetripped.
Once dinner was done Brian found himself naked and without his bionic arm as he faced upward at the Agetripper. "So have you two decided how old I'm going to be?" he asked his perspective new parents.
"We've decided on 4 years old," Micheal answered. "Old enough to play with Jack while young enough to nap with Charlotte."
Such a prospect didn't seem so bad to Brian in his final moment of adulthood. He already knew a great deal about Mary Ann and Micheal, but after his transformation he would be able to learn so much more about his new big brother and baby sister as only a child could.
