When you woke up, you were in a strangely decorated hospital room, the wall looking like a kid as painted on them like it would have on a shit of paper.
Not seeing any sings of Emily around send you into full panic, even if you were glade her parents weren't there either. You jumped out of bed before running in the hallway, where a nurse stopped you. “I'm happy to see you awake, miss Kathrine, but you should rest.”
But you hadn't heard her in your panic, desperately calling for your friend. “Emily! EMILY!” The nurse tried to reassure you, telling you she was fine, recovering in her own hospital room. You suddenly got very quiet, your young mind making you imagine the worst. Did you hurt your friend? Had you suddenly changed into a monster and gone berserk?
“When you're truly desperate, if you scream a wish and truly desire it to come true, sometime it does.” Calmly said the nurse. “After you transformed, and once the shock wore off, your friend's father become incensed, screaming you couldn't have a soul, that it must be a trick from the elf that found you. That made Emily cry, claiming she was ashamed to be human, that she wished she was like you instead, and now she is.”
