As the large beast closed in on Christina she wondered how she had gotten herself into such a mess. Part of her wanted to try to fight off the spider, but she knew his size advantage and her being held fast by the web made that impossible. No, she thought, it might be best to just let nature runs its course.
The spider was enormous in comparison to Christina the common fly. Webbing spewed out from his belly all over Christina until she was wrapped in a coccoon. The spider then bit gently into Christina's abdomen. The pain was like a shot, but Christina could feel her entire body numbing from the venom.
She was now wrapped in a coccoon on a spider's web, unable to move and waiting to become the spider's dinner.
