Mary picked out a vial that read "Avian" She wasn't sure what kind of avian it meant, but with wings she might be able to escape out of the open window of the bathroom. It was better than nothing. Picking up the object awkwardly in her paws, she tore off the top and drank down the whole vial.
Almost immediately a deep, searing pain tore through her body. She coughed and wreched, falling to all fours, hacking. She could feel her insides starting to burn. The black fur on her body was being swiftly replaced by black feathers...her arms were swiftly becoming wings as her face pushed out into a beak. She closed her eyes as her feet became black talons and the room loomed over her shrunken body.
A crow stood where mary had once been, squawking and flapping its wings. Mary was still conscious inside the animal, hearing the danger of the dog outside, she quickly flittled to grab a vial and flew out the window.
