So Mark took Stella's card. He had to pick a Time Card so he do it, hoping to solve Stella's age problem.
He looked the girls, then read aloud the card, with a little fear.
"People say 13 is an unlucky number... but this is not for you! Enjoy a bit of equality!" Nobody understand the meaning of the card, till they all turn their age to 13! Yes, this means losing age for most, but all were happy to have fixed Stella's problem.
So, reassuming the situation: they were right now the same age and, since Megan was born in January, she was now the older sister. Oh yeah, we have forgotten that Alex is still and forever female, but this is ascertained at this point.
Cathy looked at her 13 years old boyfriend and said "you have to roll dice, honey".
Mark admitted that she was right: he had red Stella's card, but this doesn't let him pass the turn. So he rolled the dice and have a 6. So made Alex aging a year and turning to 14. He picked an effect card and dubiously declaimed "Soft you now (cit. William Shakespeare, Hamlet)" then very surprised he asked "what is this supposed to..." but before he can say anything else, he lost his voice.
The four girls were surprised and scared by this but all them perfectly knew that they had to go on with that game, anyway.
Cathy rolled the dice. 7.
So she immediatly she change her age with Alex and moved her piece till the seventh space. The place was that of a mind card. surprisingly there was in her card the second part of Hamlet's verse "the fair Ophelia". She laugh don't knowing what this implied. Right in that moment Cathy stood up and start acting without any control "O, what noble mind is here o'erthrown!"
Craziest thing was that she had to continue acting Ophelia's part till her next turn.
Megan, Stella and Alex laughed a bit, then Alex rolled the dice. Another 6! She turn again 14 years old and move her piece in a free space "a bit of luck sometimes is good thing!" she whispered.
So Megan rolled a 3 and took a world card "oh, let's see if we can get back home!" but apparently they can't: on the card there was only a picture of a kangaroo...
