Katie walked to where the School bus picked up kids and waited for the large yellow vehicle to pull up and open its doors. She stepped into a cacophony of kids talking, kicking seats, throwing things. The bus driver didnt seem to mind and smiled to her. "Well hello little lady, welcome! First day at school?"
Katie nodded. The man smiled broader. "Well I'm Mister Hashen, the bus driver. Why don't you take a seat, make some friends."
Katie did just that. She sat down in an empty seat and looked around. It was strange to sit and not have her feet be able to touch the floor, but she swayed them from side to side and looked around for some kids to make friends with.
