I was done with men, for good. I know they weren't all like the creeps I seemed to attract; but they just weren't worth it to me anymore. I've always had an attraction to girls as well, but never really acted on them; until now. I decided to start frequenting the local lesbian bar.
I managed to get a few one night stands, but wasn't looking for anything long-term... until she showed up. Fiery red hair, flawless skin, perfect curves, ruby red lips that made you unsure if it was lipstick, or natural. In fact, that would've been the only makeup to be seen. She was a vision of beauty that would make even a straight girl consider switching sides. Once I realized, she was looking at me, I did what anyone would have; turned away, and hoped she didn't notice.
However, notice she did. Walking over to me, she took a seat on the stool next to me. "Never seen you here before."
I was a nervous wreck, this divine beauty was actually talking to me. "Oh, uh, I'm... I've only been coming here for a... couple weeks. Do... you come here often?"
"I come by once a month when I'm in town. So far, though, everyone's been a disappointment. You can imagine I get hit on a lot here; but, I don't know, nobody ever seems to have that 'something' I'm looking for."
"Oh." I said with a tone of disappointment. After all, I didn't consider myself exceptionally beautiful, my breasts were barely a B-cup; what could I possibly have to appeal to her next to anyone else here. As I turned away, thinking I wasted enough of her time, she took my chin, and turned me back to face her.
"You, on the other hand; you're different, I can feel it." She leaned in, and pressed her lips to mine. Yes, they were naturally that red, I detected no hint of lipstick. "Call me Luna." She whispered.
"Hailey." I finally managed to spit out after about half a minute staring into her glistening emerald eyes. The two of us got to talking; and while she avoided certain topics like where she was from, I did learn a bit about her; like our shared love for magical and mythological beings. Which was far more meaningful than I realized at the time.
Eventually, we decided to leave together. After a brief make-out session in my car, we headed off. "I know of a nice motel where we can... get to know each other a little better. "I said in a sultry tone."
"Actually, I have the perfect place in mind for that." Luna said. So I let her show me the way; all along, unaware that not only was I in the company of a being straight out of myth, but before the night ended, I would become one just like her.
