Martha Anderson loved being stroked in her werecat fursona, especially when Samantha Twist was caressing one side of her body, while Frances Twist was caressing the other.
The purrs issuing between the three werecats were genuine, a sign of affection between the three women. "You know, it's kind of ironic when you stop and think about it. As a werefox, William formed a life/mate bond between us, but despite how much I still love and miss him, part of my heart cannot stop loving the two of you," revealed Martha, before giving each of her lover's a passionate kiss.
"We feel the same about you honey," admitted Samantha.
"Yes," agreed Frances. "Samantha and I had a heart to heart talk before we decided to offer you the chance to become our furry sister. If they ever legalize polygamy..." as the two moved to tighten their grip on the woman between them.
"That's sweet. I don't know if I'd ever remarry, but I do strongly feel that my next mate would definitely be female," confessed Martha.
"Don't rush into anything honey," said Frances, slipping momentarily into therapist mode. "Everybody grieves at their own pace. When the time is right, when the right person comes along, you'll know."
"I know. Instead of getting up the courage to give them all away to charity, I've got to pass William's clothes down to Eric. Now that he's a werewolf like Nate, Eric needs stuff that fits his new human form. But to see him in his father's things..."
"We could take him shopping sometime, our treat," offered Samantha.
"I couldn't impose. The two of you have done so much for me, for my family already," said Martha.
"You're family, and family sticks together," said Frances, as both she and her wife started nuzzling Martha's neck.
"If that's the way you feel, do you think the two of you can spend the night with me?" asked Martha, as she reached out to start caressing a breast on each of her partners.
"I'll have to keep my cellphone nearby in case of emergencies," said Frances, not mentioning the troubled Julie Stovall still in the hospital, "but let me text Ben and see if he can keep your boys tonight."
At the Twist house, the study session was still going on when he received the request. Knowing that Nate was seeing his boyfriend Alex Ramsey tonight and it was possible to set something up between Eric Anderson and Cassie O'Sullivan, Ben quickly texted "No problem. Have fun!"
Then he turned his attention to the others around the dining room table after seeing it was now a bit past 5pm.
"Okay. Eric, Nate, your mom asked if you could stay with me tonight because my moms need to have a... counselling session with her," Ben announced.
Nate instantly knew what was going on, but Eric asked, "Is she okay?"
"Yes Eric. She just needs some private time to discuss stuff amongst other adult women," was Ben's explanation.
"Okay. I know Nate's going out with Alex tonight, so does that mean I'm hanging out with you?" asked Eric.
"He knows about you two?" Ben asked Nate, to which his friend and neighbor simply nodded.
Then Ben turned back to address Eric. "Sort of. You can sleep here overnight, if you don't mind the couch, but as for dinner..." he said, while looking at Cassie.
The she-wolf who ushered Eric into werewolf society got the idea and, turning to her new friend, said, "Say Eric. Would you like to come over to my place for dinner tonight? I'm sure it'll be okay with my mom," she added, while reaching in her book bag for her cellphone.
Eric couldn't help smiling at the thought of spending more time with her, but turned to ask Ben, "Do I have to call my mom first?"
"No. It will be okay. If Cassie's mom says okay, I'll drive you two over to her house, and then you can call me whenever you need a ride home," replied Ben, pointing to the cellphone he wore on the over sized lanyard around his neck so it was still there even in werewolf form.
Cassie excused herself to go to the Twist family kitchen to call her mother, giving Eric the opportunity to ask Ben, "Don't you think this is a little too soon?"
"Is what too soon?" asked Nate, wanting to encourage his little brother to go for it without being too obvious.
"Me and Cassie. You know, with Julie Stovall in the hospital and..."
"Julie's medical problems aside, you know she was against you becoming a werewolf. Besides, it's just dinner," Ben pointed out to him.
"It's just dinner," repeated Eric, as Cassie came back into the room.
"My mom said it would be okay, if you want to come Eric?" offered Cassie, smiling at him.
Eric couldn't help noticing her smile. It was definitely different from Julie's, but something told Eric Cassie's smile was just for him.
"Sure. Thank you," said Eric, wondering what he was getting into. It's just dinner...
