Trixie took one look at the fate that had befallen Jack in the plains and jungle and decided to go for the crystal caves. Unfortunately, she only got one space into the cave zone before reaching the end of her roll. "So, do I take a card now?" she asked. "Yep," Millicent nodded, checking the rules. Trixie sighed and pulled a blue card that matched the space she was landing on. "Look on the bright side, you might like it as much as I do!" Nikki grinned through her beak. "Unless I become a supermodel, I doubt it," Trixie snorted in resignment, turning over her card and reading it. "Jewellery is useless without someone to be its wearer. This piece will enhance any other changes of the bearer. Why do these things always have to rhyme?"
A golden necklace with jade and ruby stones set into it appeared around Trixie's neck. But it didn't seem to do anything. "Lucky," Jack snorted, rubbing her paws against her plantstuff fur. "It said it will enhance other changes. You haven't had any other changes, so it doesn't do anything yet," Millicent surmised. "Roll again, bling girl," Kasey snorted, absent-mindedly rubbing his cock. But first, Trixie attempted to remove the necklace - and was somewhat surprised it came off with ease. "Cool," she blinked, putting it back on, before rolling again. "Seven," she shrugged, moving further into the caves. "You find a large, flat crystal shaped like a mirror. It shows you your reflection, but carries a curse," she read the card she picked up. "Great, it doesn't rhyme. The mirror shows you at your very worst, reveals the monster inside you," she read, gulping.
Her body slowly became covered in green scales, as her breasts began to grow larger and her hair longer. Her teeth sharpened into carnivorous fangs and a thick tail with spikes running down it tore through her pants. Trixie's body rapidly grew more than twice as large as it had been before, bursting out through her clothing and leaving it in shreds as long green claws protruded from her hands and feet, and thick, curved ram horns grew from her head. Overcome by instinct, Trixie roared.
But then the necklace took effect. Her green scales became shinier and almost translucent, as though they were some kind of crystal. Her horns and claws turned translucent red and shone, reflecting the light, as the same thing happened to the spikes running down her back and tail. Trixie closed her eyes in sudden pain, and when she opened them, they had transformed into featureless orbs of sapphire crystal. She looked at herself, confusion evident. "What happened?"
"The necklace. It turned you into a crystal golem," Millicent nodded, interested. "What's a golem?" Jack frowned. "An artificial body made entirely out of some sort of mineral, enchanted so that it can move around and act as though it were a living being. Usually created to act as a servant to a wizard," Nikki explained, then paused. "Wait, how do I know that?"
Millicent and Trixie looked at Nikki in concern. She had forgotten all she time that she, as Nick, had spent playing D&D? Trixie carefully moved over to Millicent. "She said she felt like she regressed five or six years,"
"Until she was eleven or twelve," Millicent nodded. "So she's losing her memory of everything that happened to her after reaching that age as a human," the snake girl surmised.
"Why didn't I realise that?" the golem frowned, before realising something. "Hey, I don't need to breathe,"
"Golems don't have lungs," Nikki again automatically responded, before frowning, which was rather cute on her young beak. "Again with stuff I don't know how I know,"
Kasey snatched up the dice from where Trixie had left them as she returned to her seat. "Come on, gimme something good. Gimme something I can have fun with," he grinned, and Jack gulped as her feline ass began to feel hot. "Not again," she gulped.
