Claire, her mind still running on fear and trying to process what she saw a few minutes ago, was still in a state of shock. She took out her camera and looked through her pictures. She had on a night vision lens that allowed her to take pictures in the dark without the need for flash. She went through all of the pictures that she took that evening. Deer, birds, foxes (were those foxes just a little big?), and the last one...there it was in black and green. Wolves standing digitigrade, with humanoid hands, and were they...kissing? It has hard to tell with the way the photo was taken, but there was no mistaking that there was a new species of wolves that looked very much human. And this terrified Claire.
While Claire wasn't much of an outdoorsman, her father was a huge outdoorsman, taking his family with him to the Alaskan wilderness every winter solstice. Fortunately, she had brothers that were more outdoorsy than her, but she went along just to keep her father happy. She remembered the rules that he gave her when camping. Never go alone. Always have an escape plan. Always go armed in case of predators. Tell other people where you're going. And she broke every single one of those rules, and now she's wolf chow. She packed up as much as she could but wanted to get out of there as quickly as she could. She left her tent and much of her belongings behind. She put her red down coat on, put her clothes and camera into her backpack, and her rifle around her shoulder. She closed up her tent, put up her red hood, and started to run in what she thought was the direction of her truck. She kept her rifle close to her hand just in case.

Samantha took out her cell phone and called the chief of police. "Hello, chief?" she started to say on the phone, "I need to issue a NORMAL alert. We have an out of town normal who saw a were. We think she may have a camera and may have taken a picture." After a few moments of listening to the phone, Samantha turned to Eric and Cassie and asked, "Do you remember anything else about the girl?"
"Um..." Eric paused as he tried to think. "I think she had dark hair, but it was sorta hard to see in the darkness." Samantha paused and then continued to talk to the chief. She concluded her conversation with, "Chief, I want you to understand that we believe that this girl is very scared. She's liable to do something that could hurt herself or others, so please take caution. Thank you, Chief, I'll look forward to your report in the morning." She hung up her phone and then turned to Eric and Cassie. "Look, I know you want to blame yourselves for this. Don't. Believe it or not, while this is a rare occurrence, it does happen every now and then. Best case scenario, she saw nothing, and we'll have saved her life. Worst case scenario, we'll have to use Statute 2B*, or we'll have a Statute 1A* on our hands. But, for now, you did the right thing by telling us, and we can take it from here. So, stop blaming yourselves, and Cassie, I think you should go home now."

Notes: Same author as before, just changed my name a little.
Statute 2B: If a normal learns of a normal, did not sign a waiver, and is caught with evidence of weres, then that person will be changed into a were involuntarily.
Statute 1A: A were must not change a normal against that normal's will.
P.S. This one has the options and the Earth-3 tag. Sorry!
