A police man can't break the law, no exception! (Moon Lake: Tad)

added by Unnamed 7 years ago O

Note to The Werewolf Prince:
While I DO like your take on how Theodore Green learn Moon Lake's secret, I don't think a police chief should break the law of its own town, even if the case is an exceptional one. At least, not without going through the proper channels to obtain a special derogation.
Also, don't you think it would be a bit more complicated for Marci & Theo to move to Moon Lake? After all, they both have their own job were they live. It would be particularly hard for Theo since there isn't any F.B.I. office in Moon Lake. (And probably isn't any AROUND Moon Lake.)
+++++++++++

F.B.I. agent Theodore Green was already gone for 20 minutes when Michael was finally able to get out of his stupor and get back to his office. While he was intimately convinced that Green's ‘plushie talk’ was code to say ‘my wife is a werecat and I want to be a were-something too’ he also knew that, as a policeman, he was supposed to uphold the law, no mater what. If he started to make exceptions, he knew others would follow his examples, and Moon Lake would soon cease to be the safe heaven it is.

He still wanted to have a second opinion, but since Samantha Twist, the town chancellor, hadn't answered his calls yet, and the mayor was currently tied up by ‘family business’, all he could do was wait and see…

Meanwhile in Washington, there was a werecat that looked older than dirt. She was so hold her rheumatisms had her locked into her fursona, forbidding her from breathing fresh air ever again, but it didn't seem to mind it that much.

This old werecat had reached an age that shouldn't be possible, even for her kin. If you asked her how she reached this age, she would respond that she was cursed for eternity because her family's sins, and that she was currently in the process to right those wrongs.

That's why she had ended as the head of the most secret branch of the F.B.I., to the point not even the U.S. president knew of its existence, The Para-normal Division, or Pn.D. In fact, beside its own members, the only person that knew of the Pn.D. was the director of the F.B.I. himself, who was sworn to keep it secret.

The Pn.D.'s name was voluntarily misguiding, its mission being to keep the existences of were a secret from the public opinion AT ALL COST, both to ensure the weres' protection and prevent mass hysteria. So while the murder of Jeff Decker didn't initially fallen under her jurisdiction since the body was burned, rendering his identification as a werewolf impossible, things changed the instant Lionel Ulysses became the prime suspect.

But this time, the old cat wanted the agent currently in charge of the case to keep working on it. After all, the man kept his wife secret for so long, it wasn't like he was about to out weres anytime soon. And she has the perfect person to partner him with. HE used to be Ivan Gray and would be the current director of the F.B.I. if he had accepted to keep the Pn.D. a secret. But he refused, so the old werecat was forced to use her family old tricks, changing and brainwashing him into an obedient GRAND-DAUGHTER named Ivy Hellbird.

“Agent Hellbird?” Asked the old cat.

To which said agent answered “Yes, grand-mother?”

“I want you to work with agent Theodore Green on the Decker case. He is a friendly, so let him know about the Pn.D. and why we take the case from now on. And DON'T seduce him, he's married to one of our kind.”
