The current situation is just entirely too weird. All you need to do to fix it though is jump back five years though, right?

The next thing you know, you're lying in bed. Apparently you fell asleep? That doesn't make any sense... you were concentrating on the same point in time you first met the little green woman. So... what then? Did something knock you out? Some sort of shock from all this? You lay in bed a few moments longer but eventually you feel like getting up, tossing off the blankets and yawning as you sit up, feeling a sudden weight on your chest.
Wait.
This isn't your room. This isn't your body. You take a deep breath before looking around for a mirror. Sure enough, it reflects the face of the woman who picked you up when you were your own son. So... that's who you are now. The mother of your own future children. Who you haven't met yet.
As you look around for some ID, you also work out why you fell asleep. Apparently your bride to be is named Monique Bellerose. So... French. That explains why you fell asleep. Time zones and all. So now what? Jumping forward to one of your kids and back should get you back to normal right? Might take a little wiggling back and forth to get into one of the kids again, but, it's a fifty fifty shot from there to get back to yourself, right? Of course, if it's just a question of persistently wiggling past the "junctions" until you get it right, there's no real hurry, right? Maybe you should take the time to get to know your future wife?
