“Umm, Miss, there seems to be something... Odd here.” The doctor performing the delivery said uncertainty as he held the adorable bundle of wailing fur up for it's mother to see.
“Is something wrong with my baby girl?” Cyndi said suddenly, her voice becoming worried; it seemed that she'd make a caring mother.
“It's hard to say...” The doctor trailed off and brought the newborn up to be handed to her mother. Cyndi was simply stunned at the sight of the baby, or perhaps 'kitten' would be better.
The baby looked human in shape, just covered in soft, damp, light brown fur; plus ears on the top of her head and a tail. The doctor handed her to Cyndi and the instant she as in her mother's arms her cries stopped, replaced by gentle mewling as she calmed instantly.
“Sh-She's like a cat-person out of a cartoon...” Cyndi muttered to herself, as she stroked the fur on the side of her new daughter's head and chuckled a bit, “So beautiful...” She whispered to herself.
Cyndi loved her, a child by rape and unexpectedly and different species that shouldn't exist out of fiction, but she still loved her.
Terra picked this moment to leave out the door to think, passing Cyndi's mother on the way out, nervously pacing back and forth. Once she'd put a little distance between herself and her baby mama, Terra stopped to think for a moment about what to do now.
