Steve can't believe this absolutely gorgeous girl opted to go with him. He tried to hide his enthusiasm as his mind focused heavily on the thought of her changing into, well, anything would be fine at this point. His crotch stirred.
"Alright, settle down dude." Michelle said, seeing the look in Steve's eyes. His attention again focused on the present and Mary laughed and blushed lightly.
"I guess I'm going with Vicky then!" Michelle stated. Steve heard the excitement in her voice and felt terrible about being excited to go with Mary. He did initially want to participate with Michelle as a team but, he relented, maybe it was a better plan to go this way. He just hoped these girls were actually trustworthy.
"So, let's do this!" Michelle said, grabbing Mary and taking off in one direction, but not before giving Steven a light kiss on the cheek and whispering "See ya on the other side!" into his ear.
He immediately went hard, but thankfully it was mostly concealed. Mary didn't notice as she looked around at the groups of people wandering around. There were a couple changes already taking place as far as they could tell by the inhumane sounds coming from some of the buildings. Transformations took a few minutes to finish up, so the first ones would just be finishing up now.
"So," Mary said. "You ready?"
Steve nodded and gave a determined "Mhmm."
"Okay then, follow me!"
Taken back by her forwardness, Steve obliged as she set off towards one of the buildings. He didn't mind however, watching her behind as she walked ahead of him.
"Drink it up man," she said, catching him in the act. "It probably won't last long!"
Steve laughed it off awkwardly. She seemed awfully confident about this. They passed a couple people as they entered a building, luckily most were too invested in looking around to actually want to attack anyone with a packet just yet, so they just walked right in. To Steve's right, on the concrete wall, a large green sign said "MESS HALL."
Seems fitting, he thought.
There weren't many people in sight and as he looked down the pale yellow hallway he could see another group of people leaving out the other end.
As they moved, he peered through the reinforced windows on his right. A larger cafeteria type room was filled with rows and rows of foldable tables and cheap plastic chairs. At the far end was kitchen and order window and to the far right of large room was a long row of lockers. The rooms appeared to be completely deserted.
"Okay, so where do you want to look?" He asked Mary.
"I don't know." She said. "You can choose."
Steve thought for a moment a traced out a possible route around the room and made a map in his mind of the best way to maximize their efficiency. He made an attack plan in case someone else came in. He plotted -
"Jesus Christ. I'll go first then." Mary said impatiently, throwing open the large grey doors into the room. Not bad. Steve could already see at least 3 blue packets. Mary started to walk over to the lockers. He figured she'd be fine over there and went to grab his blue packs. He sat at a table and grabbed one pack awkwardly attached to it's leg. He got up and grabbed another just plainly sitting on a chair a little further down. He spotted a red packet on his way to the 3rd blue and snatched them both up.
"Mary! I got t-"
SPLAT!
Ugh. Steve wiped his face. He looked down at the blue liquid already seeping into his pale skin and glanced over at Mary who was doing a victory dance on the opposite end of the room. It appears she threw it. Good arm! But that meant he was going to change....
"Ugh...I don't feel so good." Mary began to rush over to him, grinning wildly.
She laughed when she reached him. "How's that for aim!"
"Ugh..." Steven said.
