You pull the fairy away from you and look her in the eye, a smile across your face. "No," you tell her, "because of you, I AM home!" You pull her back into the hug, your wings vibrating behind you. "Thank you! I know you didn't intend for this to happen, but thank you all the same!"
"You're not angry at me?" The fairy asked, wiping the tears from her eyes.
"Are you kidding?" You leap into the air, hovering on your wings you shout, "I've never felt so free!" You land and fold your wings behind your back. "My name is Elris StarSkipper!" You say adamantly. "Don't ask me how I know that, but that's my name."
"It is the name gifted to you by the fairy goddesses who have adopted you as their daughter. The name they gave me is Feelay WindWisper; and, while we're on the subject, you must never, and I mean NEVER let a human know your true name. If a human knows a fairy's true name that fairy will be at their mercy."
You take Feelay's words to heart. "I understand. I know humans are mostly good, having just been one up until five minutes ago and all, but I'm well aware of the depths they will seek for their own gratification, too."
Feelay smiled, "Well then, Elris; we've got a long day ahead of us. Gotta teach you the ins and outs of being a fairy, after all. What shall we start with?"
