Even one of his friends, Clark, was now telling me the same thing" Clark? If I remember correctly, he was the one who had kept watch. He did seem out of place with those little shits. "Ms. Mason?" I asked. "Was Eliza the girl just passed me?" "Yes. Apparently she felt guilty for ignoring you and when James attacked Jared she felt the need to tell me the truth." "With all that said, we would like on behalf of the school, apologize for our rush to judgement," the principal added. I don't believe it. The others were like James too. They wanted to do something about it, but they were afraid of the consequences. But to think they would up an defend me. Amazing. There was just one thing I needed to confirm. "Um... About James?" "Naturally he is still suspended for the next week," Ms. Mason told me. I suppose that made sense. "But considering the circumstances , he will not suspended and depending on how he presents himself for the rest of the year we will scrub this incident from his permanent record."
