Feeling up your sweaty, pumped body all over you notice something is now different. Apart from having newly gained strength, you feel somehow different.
You feel sick.

You spew a disgustingly large object on to the ground. It is covered in slime and goo.
It looks like a giant egg and swells in a continuous rhythm.
It looks to be squirming but you cannot tell what it is.
Suddenly it swells rapidly and grows in size.
It doubles in size, then quickly triples, and continues to grow.
You have never seen anything like it.
It is building up to something.
It swells rapidly now making a "thump! thump! thump!" sound like a heartbeat.
It finally bursts open like an egg, throwing slime everywhere.
