Detective Holmes parked the car about a block away from the warehouse that Lionel Ulysses and his gang were rumored to hang out every Sunday.
"This is where we'll keep the car for now," Detective Holmes said, getting out of the car and locking it once everyone was out, "We don't want to blow our cover by parking so close."
"Agreed," Agent Green said, "Now let's go to our ambush points."
Agent Green, followed by Detective Holmes and Officer Connors, walked towards the warehouse. In one of the alleyways on the side of the building, an officer dressed in SWAT gear was waiting for the three.
"We've been waiting for you Agent Green and company," he said, "We're ready to start on your command."
Agent Green nodded and turned on his earpiece so he could communicate with the other officers involved in the ambush.
"Alright men, let's go!," he said, pulling out his gun as he heard windows and doors being broken down.
"What the hell is going on?," a voice yelled in the earpiece before a barrage of gunshots rang out from within the building. Before anyone could react, an explosion blew back a small part of the wall, pushing Agent Green, Officer Connors, Detective Holmes, and the SWAT agent onto the ground.
"What happened?," Officer Connors asked, sliding out from under the wall piece and doing his best to pull it off the other three.
"He expected the trap," Agent Green said, sliding out, "So he and his gang set up a trap for us. This bastard will be harder to catch than I thought."
"Agent Green?," a voice said through the earpiece, "Are you okay? My group and I heard the explosion come from the area you're in."
"We're fine," Agent Green said, "Ulysses didn't come out through this way."
"He did come through on our side, but he got away," the voice responded, "However, something was off about him."
"What?"
"It could be the second cup of coffee I had this morning to wake up, but I swore I saw a tail."
