The computer nearby let out a soft chime all on its own as Emily pressed the PROGRAM SYNC button. The young lady let out a tiny squeak of surprise, followed by a whine from her Golden Retriever, Odysseus. "Shush Odie!" Emily said, scowling. Odysseus let out a whimper as the ten year old girl turned to the computer. There on the screen she saw an unfamiliar logo and careful read the words. "Trans...Dem...Labs..." She blinked, "Oh, like a dumb science thing? Or maybe..." She glanced at Odysseus, "Do you think Emily pirated it?" She stared at the emitter, "I didn't know you could download toys!" But then, they were always doing that sort of thing on Dad's shows.
Emily scooted up to the computer and sat down clicking past the rotating logo. She carefully read the screen and then tried Janet's password. No dice. She'd used something other than good old HuggyBear this time. She thought for a moment but then saw the new user button and grinned. She made her own log in, and a password. A good one. With lots of numbers in it in places you wouldn't expect. Then there was the update screen with the blue bar that grew rapidly from one side to the other, then the computer made another dinging noise and she read carefully. "Emitter reset to factory standard for new user. That's me Odie, I'm the new use-er." Emily smiled and clicked the OK button and read some more, "Do you want to go through the two...the toot...the toot-a-reel?" She frowned and shook her head, "No thank you mister. That sounds super duper gross."
Then the screen changed again, now with a bunch of words and empty boxes, as well as a little flashing pop-up reading "Use emitter to scan target." She let out an ooh of wonder, "What a cool game, huh Odie? Let's see...who should I target." She stared at the dog for a long minute as he tilted his head to one side before she patted him on the furry head. "Maybe later buddy, I'm gonna play first." She found the scan button and very carefully turned the emitter around, pointing it at herself and pressing. The emitter let out a slight buzzing in her hand, the only response from it, as the screen in front of her filled with numbers and words. "Name: Emily Towers", she read and then clapped her hands, "It knows my name Odie! It must be doing that face wrecker ignition dad told us about!" She scrolled through the other options and read a bewildering array, "Wow, the government really does know everything about us. I guess Uncle Danny was right!" She flicked down through the list and then saw an array of buttons reading "Extra Options" she explored those for a while, a lot of words and phrases she didn't understand, getting bored with the game as she went. "Mental Changes...to what exactly?"
She made a little raspberry, "This is boring Odie. There's all these things but none of them do anything." It was true, she had fiddled with several sliders to no effect. "Maybe it needs to be restarted! Ummmmm..." She found the revert button and the sliders snapped back to their original position. "Hmmm...still boring. There's not even any graphics! Ugh...." She paused, something catching her eye, "Wait...maybe it needs to be a different version! There's a slider here, Per Version. I guess they release one a day? It's only on 5 out of a hundred! That won't do..." She slid the slider all the way to the right and smiled, leaning back and waiting for the changes to take effect. Nothing. "Ugh! Stupid game for stupid babies like stupid Janet." She angrily moved the mouse up to the corner and pressed the close button.
A slightly disdainful beep emitted from the computer and she blinked at the pop-up, "Close without saving...I guess I should save at least." She clicked the "Save and Close" button instead and then turned to Odysseus who was panting on the floor beside her, "Come on Odie, let's go do something really fun instead of this dumbness." She smiled and stood, slipping the emitter into the pocket of her shorts. As she turned and walked away, Odie following after, she started to get a funny lightheaded feeling. She shook it off and kept walking, heading into the hallway above the living room. Monique was on the sofa down below and Emily giggled a bit. The nurse was totally asleep and she needn't have worried about being caught. She leaned over the rail and stared down, catching sight of the older woman's cleavage and slowly a wide grin spread across her face as she stared at them, the spot where the shirt was falling open and you could see her bra. She started to wonder what Monique looked like naked and...
The young girl shook her head, "Wha..." She couldn't shake the image of Monique, climbing into the bathtub with her and reaching between her legs and... Emily swallowed loudly, stepping backwards, tripping over the carpet and landing on her bum. She pictured herself, naked, spanking Monique for a moment and let out a whimper before she was shocked out of her reverie by Odysseus licking her face. She stared at him now and then smiled slowly, starting to pet the dog. The big retriever rolled onto his back and she began to rub his belly, hand sliding lower and lower.
An unladylike snort from Monique below disrupted her progress down Odysseus' stomach and she frowned. "Not here..." She murmured and began to coax Odie, smiling as she lead him back into the room and closed the door. She turned back, thoughts racing through her head of things she wanted to do...not because of arousal, but the thrill of breaking those taboos, and...she couldn't express it, but her eyes went wide in realization. "Odie...that...the game did this...it made me want things." She wasn't upset, if anything there was a thrill of excitement in her voice. "Odie..." She licked her lips and turned back to the computer already planning the changes she was going to make first, remembering a list that included options like "Puberty", "Dominance", and other, stranger, more thrilling options.
