"Well no kidding!" Melissa shrieked. Steve could hardly blame her. This poor girl was suddenly confronted with a complete copy of herself, standing here in what he assumed was her apartment bedroom. He still on the clothes he'd been wearing as Steve, just a black t-shirt and jeans, but they clearly didn't fit him. His shirt hung from his new breasts, and his jeans were tight around his new hips and ass, but loose everywhere else. They were much too long for his new body.
"So... what happens now?" he asked in his new voice.
"I don't know!" Melissa almost shouted. "Like I said, I thought I cancelled my account on that website months ago. You shouldn't have even been able to come here..."
She was interrupted by a beeping sound from the corner of the room.
"Oh, shit. My computer," Melissa said. The beeping wasn't stopping. Melissa stepped over to the desk in the corner of her room and peered at her laptop. "Wait..." she muttered. "Wait a minute. What's going on here...?"
She was worriedly scrolling around with her mouse. "What's happening?" Steve asked quietly.
"It's trying to... I think it's trying to assign me a new body, too. You know, since you stole mine." She seemed to be getting more frantic. "No, I can't... That won't work at all."
Suddenly, the beeping stopped, and at almost the same moment, Melissa stumbled back from the computer. She had her eyes clenched tight, and her hand pressed to her forehead, the same way Steve had done just moments earlier. "I can't... it's trying to change me into..."
But before she could say anything else, Steve saw the changes start to take hold. Melissa's light blonde hair was darkening and getting slightly shoulder. It had reached the middle of her back moments ago, but was now just touching her shoulders. It was a dull brown color, now, and Steve noticed that it was arranging itself into a new style entirely. Bangs grew towards her eyebrows, which -- Steve's eyes widened -- had actually gotten thicker. Her body, too, was changing rapidly. Melissa had been, as Steve had seen on the website, something like 5'7. She was shorter than that, now, though, and seemed to be getting pudgier, too. Even under the blue-green dress she was wearing, it was clear that Melissa's stomach was swelling out, and her breasts were beginning to hang, straining her formerly comfortable bra. Her former hourglass shape had morphed into something of a pear. Her hips and butt had widened rapidly.
Melissa opened her eyes wide, and Steve saw that they, too, were now a dull brown. "What's happening to me?" she choked out. Her teeth... her two front teeth had gotten much bigger. Steve would've called them buckteeth, if he was being uncharitable. Her chin had swelled out, slightly, and a few pimples had appeared on it. Steve suddenly realized that Melissa was getting younger, too. A row of braces appeared on her now mismatched teeth, and a pair of thick black glasses materialized on her face.
Melissa the svelte college student was looking more and more like Melissa the dorky, pudgy middle-schooler.
She collapsed to the floor. Steve stepped over to help her, but before he could, the new Melissa shouted angrily at him. "Stay right there!" Her voice sounded almost thick, but with a sharp nasal whine to it, nothing like the soprano that Steve had inherited. She looked down at her hands, slightly bloated, attached to chubby wrists, nicely manicured nails replaced by nibbled stubs.
"What am I going to do?" she wailed.
