As Officer Marion and Trooper led Agent Green, Officer Connors, and Detectives Holmes and Smith down the stairs into the basement of the building, Teddy looked around the room, inspecting the area in case Ulysses had any ideas.
The large amount of boxes in the basement created a fair amount of places to hide, meaning that it could take hours to check every spot. Luckily, Trooper seemed to know what he was doing, and the police dog was tracking the were-rat down like he was a bone.
Suddenly, Trooper stopped walking forward, and the dog stared at a pile of boxes in the back of the room. He let out a small bark, letting Teddy know that Ulysses was there.
"Ulysses! Come out with your hands up and come with us peacefully!," Teddy yelled as Officer Connors pulled out a pair of handcuffs.
After about a minute, Lionel Ulysses came out from behind the boxes with his hands up. Walking forward, Officer Connors put the handcuffs on Ulysses' wrists and said, "Lionel Ulysses, you are under arrest."
