Genius woman decides to test her new device on The Pyramid but she didn't exactly know how and where to find the red-skinned giant, personally he freaked the hell out of her.
The woman looked at her files of what anyone actually knows about the beast, and she was frustrated to see that her latest Ray gun would be ineffective against the Pyramid because he derives his power from magic, that's how he was able to defeat UltraWoman! Because one of her vulnerabilities is magic, that would explain how Miss Misogyny was able to control the heroine.
Not wanting to frustrate herself over this she decided to leave the Pyramid alone, that was an enemy she didn't want to make.
