Andrew adjusted his stretched shirt to better fit over his new bulging belly and walked on past the houses, stepping onto the forest path to the clinic.
“I shouldn’t even waste my time on these low-score things anyway. Once I get back to normal and maybe find a weapon, the real fun stuff will begin…” he smirked to himself, stopping short as he heard a loud cry coming from somewhere in the woods. He crept to the edge of the forest, crouching behind a tree to witness a strange sight: a young man in a police uniform was dangling above a huge bulb-shaped flower, his arms and legs held by vines. Two thick tendrils began to reach up to him, each one dripping with some sort of clear ooze.
“Help! Somebody!” he yelled, uselessly struggling in the monstrous plant’s grasp. One tendril slid up to his lips and forced their way inside to cease his shouting, bulging his throat as a thick glob of secretions was pushed into him, his eyes wide in confusion as a strange sensation immediately struck his midsection. Andrew watched as his belly bloated out and sagged against his belt, pushing the leather tight against the swollen ball of flesh.
“Mph!” he screamed through a mouthful of goo, struggling harder than ever as he felt his arms rapidly develop a nice set of flabby wings, his legs thickening into jiggling bags.
“Maybe it’s best to sneak away…” Andrew thought, but hesitated. “…or I could stay and try to help. Could be worth points to me, and that guy is getting decimated…”
