As soon as she removes the can from her mouth, her eyes immediately glaze over.
"Like, what am I even doing in this dump? Laters!" She shouts, leaving without even saying goodbye. Hecate comes back out, surprisingly with an actual necklace, but is quite shocked to find Diana gone. You think you might have done something wrong, and, knowing what she appears to be capable of, you immediately try to make it up to Hecate.
"I'm sorry! I gave her the Mental-Do and didn't –" Hecate just chuckles.
"– Don't worry about it. This would have been a nice bonus, but it'll have to wait. She'll come back soon. I used a spell through the phone to keep her coming here for a while." She gives you the necklace to have a look at. At closer inspection, it has a stylised bone as the central charm, and seems to have a leather strap rather than a metal chain.
"What's this one supposed to do?" you ask, although you're quite sure already.
"You'll just have to find out when it gets put on," she replies, a sly smile creeping across her face.
Within seconds, Diana hurls the door open.
"I, like, left my, like, really expensive necklace here!" Hecate smiles sweetly and holds the necklace out.
"Is it this one?"
"I think so..." says Diana, who pulls it around her neck. When she clasps it together, some changes take place immediately. Her ears begin to extend and become floppy, growing golden-brown fur on them. Lower down, a tail, initially flesh-coloured but soon taking on the same fur, slowly creeps out, curving in a half-circle ending about two feet behind her. Her nose also extends a bit, becoming black around the nostrils. Her breasts shrink slightly, but two more pairs grow beneath them. Her hair, once chocolate brown, turns the same shade of gold as her fur, leaving a partial dog-girl before you. Immediately, she drops to her knees and begins panting with her now-longer tongue, taking the posture of a begging puppy. You scratch her behind one ear and her tail begins wagging, and she looks up at you with a look of pure bliss, beaming with joy. It looks like she's little more than a dog trapped in a (mostly) human body at this point.
Hecate tugs on the bone charm, and the thin leather band morphs into a full collar. She produces a leash and hands it to you.
"Ever wanted a puppy?" You nod, eagerly.
"Now you get one! I've added an enchantment so that it seems normal, even though it's obvious she's not entirely a dog. Just write a name for her on the tag and you've got yourself a nice little person-puppy!"
You always thought the name "Chloe" sounded cute, so you wrote "Chloe" down on the tag and clipped the leash on the collar. You turned to leave again, but Hecate once again stopped you.
"I have something for you, too!" She hands you a pair of glasses. "These cancel the mental effect from the pink shirt without changing the physical effect. Personally, I find glasses quite cute, so it should look pretty good on you." You thank Hecate and go home, Chloe in front of you. She crawls on all fours, now, but seems to be able to move at walking pace.
At home, you...
