Jen and Sam ran back into the barn before Felicia could ask anymore questions. Both were more confused than ever. And they didn't know how to go about getting answers. Clearly they were the only ones who were unaffected by the shift in reality. It would look strange if they asked questions that were obvious to everyone else.
"What are we going to do?" Sam whispered. She and Jen stood in the barn's aisle, unsure where to go next.
"I dunno. Let's look around the house. Find a computer or something that explains what's going on." Jen said. They two slowly crept up to the main house, worried Jen's parents might spot them. But they had already left for work. Once inside, the girls were surprised to see that not much had changed. Jen's house looked the same as it always had. Which meant....
"Wait here, I'll go get my dad's computer." Jen said, running down the hall to her father's study. Sam waited in the kitchen, realizing how hungry she was. For whatever reason, the most appealing thing was the bowl of apples. When Jen came back, laptop in hand, she saw that Sam had eaten three of the five fruits.
"Geez. Hungry enough to eat a horse?" Jen teased.
"Not funny. And we're not horses. Donkeys remember?" Sam said, pointing to Jen's donkey tail and ears.
"Whatever. Look, at this." Jen spun the laptop around and showed Sam the page she'd pulled up.
A detailed account of this new world's history. About how there was some weird mutant virus that plagued the world back in WWII. A product of Hitler's freakish experiments, it caused men and women to turn into partial donkeys, and donkey herms. The transformations varied, some people looking like complete donkeys except for their intelligence and ability to speak. Others were more like Sam, whose transformation was focused only on one area of her body, in Sam's case her genitals.
"So let me get this straight, we got infected by some freak virus Hitler created while we were still in womb and that made us donkeys?" Sam summarized the article in disbelief.
"I guess we should have been a little more specific when we said alter reality so that no one thinks having donkey parts is weird." Jen said, setting the computer down.
"Ya, but that doesn't explain why your brother showed up to give us sponge bathes. Not that I'm complaining or anything." Sam muttered the last bit, but only because she didn't want to weird Jen out anymore than she already was. Sam didn't know why she found Tory so attractive, but he was.
"This does." Jen pulls up another page, showing Sam an article about being a "caregiver" to a donkey-person. Who are not classified as people, rather highly intelligent animals. Who often couldn't control their desires, and infected normal humans (as donkey fluids were capable of transforming uninfected persons).
"Wow. So Tory is, like, our personal servant?" Sam asked.
"Not exactly. Says here the caregiver's job is to ensure the donkey has as normal a life as possible, while maintaining a leader role. Because we are still considered animals." Jen said with a frown. She wasn't as into this new world as Sam appeared to be. While she loved her donkey cock and pussy, she did NOT want to be thought of as a lowly animal. Especially not by her own family.
But she couldn't do anything about it. Sam had the curse, not her. And the more Sam thought about what she could do with her body in this new world, the more she liked it.
