The boy cries out in pain, and you notice his body begins to change shape. Legs become long and shapely, hips and thighs become soft round and wide stretching the boy's pants. You continue to watch as the boy no longer is a boy but a rather pregnant young woman. She screams when she realizes what she has become, and soon some nurses take her away.
Suddenly you feel a certain tugging in your groin and you quickly put your hand in your tightening pants.
"Oh, no! It's shrinking! I don't want to change into a pregnant girl!"
A nurse walks by at that moment and smiles. "You should have thought about that before entering the maternity ward dearie."
You want too respond but now your breasts have swelled in size and your nipples are beginning to lactate. Oh, and now the baby is kicking and you feel pelvis widening to prepare for the eventual birth. You know at that moment you no longer have a boy's thing anymore, and you begin to cry for your lost manhood.
The nurses take you into the next room and you lay down on the table to give birth. It should take much longer than that, but then again a half hour ago you were just a boy. You look over to see the nurse give you your new baby wrapped in a cozy pink blanket.
"My…baby?' you ask with wonder in your girlish voice.
"Yes, and she is a bit on the hungry side if you take my meaning miss."
A sudden warm feeling comes over you as you expose your newly expanded, milk filled breast for you young one to feed upon. She immediately latches on and suckles. You feel like this is natural and right as you giggle in contentment. You realize that being a mommy is what you wanted after all.
