Lance and Peter carried the 500 pound weight to the bench press bar. Peter dropped it there, and Lance went under the bench press bar and tried very hard to bench press the weight, but it was very hard, Lance used all his willpower to at least lift it up and he did. He started doing 10 bench press each rep, Peter having to hold the bench press weight after Lance finished each rep, after doing 10 reps of lifting 500 pounds, Lance was wheezing, but he knew, since he was going through two whole continents, he had to keep going, he only reached up to 50 lifts per rep, and then he went on the threadmill at extremely fast, Lance having to use all his speed and will to escape falling down on the spaceship's floor. He managed to run 25 miles before stopping the threadmill. He used the leg press bar, this time at one ton, as Peter had to get ready a sledgehammer in order for Lance to not get crushed by the weight and allowing Lance to get out. Lance felt like he was trying to push the earth, and felt like his back was being crushed, until he finally got the hang of it and did it for 15 minutes before rolling out of the bar. He then struggled to get back up and used the speedbag, starting from slow, to subsonic and higher speeds. After that, he accidentally sent the heavy punching bag flying again after a few powerpunches and kicks. He used the 30 minute bike to increase his stamina before stopping his workout.
"Eh, I think I'm a little superhuman now." Lance said, panting.
"I think you should stop, drink some water, then take a nap and set off at midnight." Lance's mom said.
"Yup." Lance said as he did exactly what his mom said before taking a nap.
