The Pleasure Island Midnight Carnival's showbills were plastered over every wall and telephone pole the next morning, though no one could remember seeing
anyone put them up. They were simply there, boasting the name of the carnival and some of its starring attractions, amongst which there were such things as games,
donkey and pony rides, pig races that could be bet on, a reptile exhibit, and many more distractions from everyday life.
The strangest part of all was that the Carnival only opened itself to the public at midnight.
We follow our hero(es/ine/ines) into the heart of the carnival one night, investigating the alluring showbills and the odd exhibits and attractions, about to uncover
something both unexpected and frightening.
