What Julie did not know as she hastily executed her expected freedom, was mean while Mr. Stovall was speaking to his wife. "You know that keylogger you put on Julie's computer? Melissa was a little taken aback by the sincerity and openness of Martin's tone so instead she turned her attention to the scenery, "It really has been difficult..." She paused then noticing where they were, "This... This is..."
Martin smiles, "Where a rather foolish young weremere used to bring you for a date and bask in how very lucky he was...I already made reservations for tomorrow night."
Melissa was floored. Martin had not been this romantic in years. It reminded her of a better time when they both were more free and spontaneous. She turned and hugged Martin, "You could have just told me about this back home..."
Martin smiles, nodding, "But then we wouldn't have let Julie have the time to prove herself." Melissa laughs, "You are more sly than you let on." Martin puffs his chest out a little at his wife'said praise, "Well. I was mayor. I learned a few things. Not to mention, I really did want the time with you."
