You decide to take a blue one because you always wanted to become stronger. And because the instructions say that blue pills will give you strong dragon muscles you pick a blue pill.
"Here we go" you say and you drop the the pill into your mouth.
It tastes very sweet like it is made out of pure sugar. As you swallow you feel a burning going through your body. You look at you arms and you notice that they are growing. Your biceps now forms a nice bulge on your arm. Your legs are enlarging too. Soon you have the appearance of a professional female bodybuilder. But the other things start to change. You feel an itchy sensation on your whole body as your skin starts to develop black scales. They start on you chest and slowly they travel down your arms and legs. As they reached your hands you fingers started to develop black razor sharp claws. Then the scales reached your feet. Your feet starts to get longer and slowly forms into a dragon paw. You now stand on your palm with your heels in the air. Then the scales travel up your neck making it longer. Then your face pushes out. Slowly your head forms into a dragon muzzle. Then you feel an immense pain in your back and your tailbone. Your tailbone extends into a long dragon tail with spikes on it shredding your trousers in the progress. On the tip forms a sharp blade. Then your shoulder blades split and two bat-like wings develop. The grow to a wingspan of 15ft. Then your internal organs shifted and grew to match your dragon body. Then you get taller until you stand at 9ft. Thankfully you have high ceilings. Your clothes now hang in shreds from your huge muscular body. Despite being so muscular you still look female. Only your shoulders look a bit to broad. But the rest looks good with the strong eight pack under your d-cup breasts in front of your huge pecs.
"This looks good" you say with a deep but still female voice.
