A few minutes passed.
Tina began to walk toward you. "Careful, Tina!" Rachel said. "I-I think she's still in her mind." Tina said.
She reached out to you. You nodded, trying to show her you wouldn't attack.
"S-see? She's still in there." Tina said. Rachel stepped out frim behind the tree. "I t-trust y-you, Tina." She said, nervously.
"Are you okay?" Tina asked you. You nodded again.
Tina's eyes fell upon the talisman around your neck and she gasped. "T-that thing! That's what it was!" She exclaimed. "Here, I'll take it off for you." You bowed your head and she slid off the necklace. Tina turned it over before throwing it.
"We should get back to our cabin..." Rachel said. "But, what about Cynthia?" Tina said. "We'll just leave her here and tell the counslers her parents came to pick her up overnight." Rachel said. Tina sighed. "Sorry, Cynthia. Just stay here. Don't go anywhere. We'll be back tomorrow night." She said.
You whimpered as they walked away, not knowing what to do.
