When the school be rang out for the day Frieda and Eric where already waiting for Spencer outside. Frieda quickly filling her in on what to expect during tomorrows were-panther gathering; Frieda sees her father swoop in at the pickup point waiting for her. All three say their goodbyes and watch Frieda get in.
“Did you get a hold of your mother today,” Eric asking Spencer.
“She was asleep when I called her during lunch,” Spencer explaining to Eric she had a night shift at the hospital; “Grandpa was nowhere to found. She suspected he was finally moving into the apartment he rented what with the moving truck arriving today.”
“Well with Nate in detention and my parents preparing their lesson plans,” Eric responding; “I guess we walk home.”
“Your place or mine,” Spencer sighing.
“Mine,” Eric grins; “Its closer and has the benefit of a sound proof basement.”
Spencer smiled at the thought of a little alone time with one of her special were-panthers. Kissing Eric she runs off encouraging Eric to give chase as they both run to his house for a little fun.

Nate Anderson having to endure a week of detention for playing hooky last Friday, entered into the classroom that was holding students facing detention. The classroom was no different the most other; save only the fact that most of the desks were empty and the teacher supervising the current group of malcontents was more interested in his racy magazine then ensure the students kept silent. The teacher noting Nate’s arrival; Nate takes a seat next to Alex Ramsey.
“Ah Nate,” Alex chuckling; “what did you do to get banished here?”
“Hooky on Friday,” Nate quickly answers; “Your reason?”
“I gave Ben a playful slap on the ass,” Alex smirks; “the teacher who witnessed the exchange didn’t know he and I were and item and gave me detention without listening to our story.”
“Yet your stretch of detention doesn’t last a week like mine does,” Nate answering.
“Liv must have been something for you to do a ditch day,” Alex grins.
“I never told you her name and what I did Friday,” Nate looking at Alex.
“Ben did this morning,” Alex looking serious; “he also told me all about his late night encounter with Liv as the two of you were coming out of your parent’s basement.”
“Then you know the whole story of her hitting on him,” Nate blanches.
“As well as everything else you shared with Ben,” Alex looking slyly at Nate; “A riding crop? A collar and leash? Sounds kinky.”
“Not interested in that kind of “fun”,” Nate sighs.
“Silence the both of you,” the teacher looking at his magazine; “unless of course you want more detention time.”

Frieda was rifling through the overnight bag her father quickly put together. She snorts in disgust as the shirt and pants her father grabbed did not match. She was also disappointed in the plain white undergarments he also threw in.
“Well at least you had the good sense to toss in my were-birth control pills,” Frieda is rolling her eyes; “but where is my toothbrush, comb, toiletries and socks?”
“Sorry Frieda,” was all Benton said; “I had a bunch of phone calls pertaining to business I had to make. I lost track of time and scrambled to get you a bag ready for you.”
“Can you at least bring them by tomorrow morning then,” Frieda responding; and the skirt that matches this top?”
“What’s wrong with the pants,” Benton asking.
“While pink pants are hot when mixed with a pastel yellow shirt or white blouse,” Frieda answering; “Combined with this aquamarine shirt? Not a chance.”
“And if I can’t find the skirt” Benton looking bemused at her daughter’s fashion sense; “would you settle for that yellow shirt or blouse?”
“I guess,” Frieda grinning; “can we stop and get some burgers for supper? I’m sure mother would prefer those to whatever the hospital is serving for dinner.”
“I could eat a few of those,” Benton’s stomach rumbling; letting him know he hasn’t eaten since breakfast. Swerving into a fast food chain’s drive through, Benton places an order for a dozen ninety nine cent cheese burgers.
“Don’t forget the fries and soda,” Frieda looking at her phone.
“Three medium fries and three medium colas,” Benton speaking into the drive through speaker.
Minutes later he pulls out of the drive through lane and heads to the hospital. Benton tries to eat a few fries only to have Frieda slap his hand away from the bag.
“Wait until we visit mom,” Frieda demands.
Benton snorts at being denied a small snack; he glances at Frieda as she re-secures the bags, Benton speaks up.
“Have you informed Eric and Spencer regarding what to expect tomorrow evening?”
I informed them both,” Frieda answers; “I also told to bring their overnight bags with them to school and drop them off in the town car.”
“Oh yeah,” Benton remembering Frieda’s earlier message; “That’s fine. Just remind me again before school tomorrow.”
“I’ll be in the hospital,” Frieda rolls her eyes; “getting tested for bi-polar disorder. Or did you forget. Just show up with the town car.”
“Alright princess,” Benton grins; “anything else?”
“Have you contacted the staff,” Frieda reminding her father what happened after he knocked Jeffery their butler out last Thursday. The entire household staff quitting in protest afterwards.
Benton doesn’t answer. That was a task he was putting off as best as he could; but he knew he was going to have to deal with that shortly. Remembering the notes Frieda took regarding the grievances the staff had; Benton knew that was a task he was not looking forward to. Pulling into the hospital parking lot; Benton and Frieda get out of his Lamborghini and proceed to visit Amanda and then have Frieda tested.
