It's been hours. Days, perhaps. You've spent so much time in this damnable woodland that you can barely even remember your own name. How did you get there in the first place? You try to think, but you feel so tried that your mind feels foggy and your memory muddled and faint. Did you get lost during a tourist trip? Did you just accidentally stumble across this place? All this seems plausible to you... and yet nothing seems right. It is like the forest itself has drained you of your memories, leaving you but an empty shell of what you once were.
Cursing your luck, you raise your dirty head and try to look around, but all you see is miles of miles of green with no sign of civilisation in the distance - nothing but a confused maze of pathways between ancient, gigantic trees and monumental rock formations that lead to nowhere. Damnation. You squint your eyes, gazing into distance. Could it be..? No. Your eyes have decieved you - what seemed to you like an old mine is in fact just a particularily odd cave. Nothing remarkable...
Or is it?
Opening and closing your eyes a few times, you realise that you see a shimmering blue light coming from within the cave you have just mistook for a mine - and... what is it... a human figure? A woman?
Quickly, you turn into the direction of the cave and run as fast as you can, hoping that at very long last your salvation has come...
