Kelly had brought my homework with her and we studied together to pass the time. I was struggling more than I ever had been with it as my IQ had already dropped considerably, I knew that my life was going to be much harder through out here but I felt alright because I knew that Kelly and my parents would be there to help me out.
Over the next few hours my body began to change drastically. I grew taller and lankier, my face skinnied out more and deformed a bit more making me uglier as my teeth became crooked. My hair slowly started to change from light brown to a more reddish color and grew longer, Kelly went a head and put it in a ponytail once it was long enough. My shoulders and back were sploched with freckles and my back started to hunch over.
My chest started to puff out as my breast slowly develop. After a few hours I was near the end of my trnsformation. In most cases of the Syndrome the final changes happened rapidly and a bit more painful than most. Your face finished changing, your body finishes changing and your IQ lowers one last time.
Kelly and me were playing go fish when the Nurse came in to tell me that my parents had beem informed of what was happening to me. She examined me and determined that my final changes would most likely happen in less then an hour.
Kelly and me spent the rest of the time just talking. She told me that she would take care of me when my parents couldn't handle it any more and that she believed that I still had a good chance and a relatively normal life. I could still remember all the times that I told the same thing to the kids thay I had watched over. I just never thought that I would be told the same thing.
I reached out to Kelly to tell her thanks for everything when a surge of pressure covered my entire body and I knew that it was time. I hunched over in pain as my body finished changing, Kelly put her hand on my back and told me that is was all okay.
My face started to shift one more time, my face slimed out more, my chin bent outward as my jaw pulled outwards, my cheekbones pulled out and my forehead grew larger, my breast grew to C cup size but proceded to sag, my back hunched out more and I felt pressure on my spine as it popped out down my back. My IQ dropped just a little bit more and my changes were done.
