Maggie Lawson was sprawled over the king sized bed she shared with her husband Evan; sound asleep and content, Evan kissed her as he was just finished putting on his dress uniform. Looking at his wife; a were-panther/feline hybrid, Evan laments at having to leave her alone. But since its five am and he needs to be at the military base for his job; Evan sighed as he quickly jotted down a note for Maggie. Placing it on his pillow; Evan silently walks out the door and leaves the house for work.

At around seven am; Maggie begins to stir from her slumber. Rolling over to her husband’s side of the bed; she immediately notices that it is cold and empty. Getting up and worried at first; she sees that Evan’s dress uniform is missing and quickly understood that he had to leave and be for work early in the morning as usual. Getting up to stretch while still in her fursona; Maggie sees the note Evan left for her.

I see you sleeping contently and want to remain by your side, spooning you as you softly purr. But alas I have to work while you have a few days off. So when I get home from work; we pick up where we left off last night, unless of course Spencer is home. We’ll just have to wait and be a little more quiet (wink wink). I intend to make every second we are together magical.

Maggie puts down the note and sighs as she feels like she is on cloud nine. Picking up the phone she dials her husband’s work number. Knowing he might not be available and she might have to leave a message; Maggie is surprised that Evan answered. Grinning, Maggie purrs.
“I want you so bad my sexy werewolf,” Maggie feeling aroused; “I’m feeling all hot and bothered for you.”
“Maggie,” Evan chuckling; “don’t say the ‘were’ word so loudly. Not everyone in my office is one.”
“Come home soon,” Maggie pleading; “I miss being filled by you already.”
“I can’t leave just now,” Evan smiling on his end; “you’ll just have to wait a while.”
“Couldn’t you of called in sick,” Maggie asking; then slyly adding, “or called in horny?”
Evan laughs loud enough for all to hear; “you call Spencer; tell her to spend the night with Frieda or Eric. I’ll make a reservation to that restaurant they went to on Sunday.”
“Grrrrrrr,” Maggie growls seductively; “but who’s to say I won’t be able to resist jumping your bones the moment you get home.”
“Let me get out of my dress uniform before you do that darling,” Evan chuckling; “I have to go. We’ll continue this dirty talk when I get home.”
Evan hangs up the phone looking beet red but happy all the same. Seeing a fellow officer staring at him; Evan just grins; “My wife called. She has been feeling amorous of late.”
“She sounded a little more than just amorous,” the officer speaking all the while using his hand to make the trademark ‘W’ that weres use to identify with each other. Whispering so only Evan could hear; “sounds like your wife is in heat.”
“Well we are planning to make another baby,” Evan making the same symbol with his hands; “our second child to be precise.”
“Is Spencer okay with that;” The officer asks.
“She is thrilled at the prospect of a brother or sister,” Evan sounding happy; “hell she even has a boyfriend.”
“Boyfriend,” the officer looking concerned; “nothing like that Bower kid right?”
“Eric Anderson is nothing like Jeremy Bower,” Evan growls; “he and Frieda Knight have been nothing but caring for my daughter.”
“Knight,” The Officer pondering; “where have I heard that name before?”
“Frieda’s father is Benton Knight,” Evan responding while filling some documents; “he runs Knight Industries.”
“Oh that Knight,” the officer answers; “Were-panther right?”
“Yes,” Evan lowering his voice; “and thanks to Frieda Knight, Eric Anderson is one as well. Now if you are done with the gossip,” Evan getting up; “I need to get a move on with these deployment orders for the new recruits.”

Maggie Lawson hanging up the phone after calling her husband; happily skips to the kitchen to get a coffee and wonders what to do with her day. Heading downstairs, still in her fursona; Maggie is surprised to see her father in law Mike Lawson already in the kitchen drinking coffee.
“Mike,” Maggie looking surprised; “where have you been for the past few days?”
“Moving into my new apartment,” the old werewolf answers while sipping coffee; “I just came by to pick Spencer up for school.”
“Spencer is not here,” Maggie pouring herself some coffee; “she is with Eric and Frieda.”
“Okay,” Mike putting his coffee down; “I’ll head to the Anderson house.”
“No,” Maggie responds; “they are not there either.”
“Then where are they;” Mike looking concerned.
“At the Knight estate,” Maggie answering; “both Spencer and Eric were inducted into the were-panther pride last night.”
