It began when I made her clothes disappear

Maria and Sabrina debate

added by Iphis 7 years ago O

Suddenly Regina burst into a fit of the giggles. She had just received a telepathic message from Aziz "Isn't lesbianism totally awesome? I just had that thought for no reason in particular."

"What was that?" asked James.

"None of your goddamn business" said Regina. "And for your future information, my friend and I are women, not 'girls.'"

Dana, of course, loved the idea of having her most depraved sexual moments put on Youtube, but since Dana would have happily jumped off a tall building into a lake of crocodiles that were also on fire if Queen-bitch Kira merely suggested it, her opinion didn't count. Mandy, once she had received permission to speak freely, was less enthusiastic.

"Kira, we're high school kids. You put porn featuring us on the internet, you could go to prison. And my ass would really miss your touch with the paddle, which would be kind of a shame."

Kira had to admit that Mandy had a point.

"You don't know what it's like to be old, Maria, really old." Sabrina began "I had a bad back--that means constant, unending pain. I prayed every day for God to send a miracle and ease my pain, and two days ago He finally did. Am I going to throw that back in his face? When Christ was on the earth he performed miracles to end sickness and heal the lame, not to make them suffer more. And another thing I prayed for was for the good, kind man who lived above me, who helped me with my groceries and getting to church and never complained, to find a good woman who would appreciate him. Well, now Millie has found a good woman--not in the way I prayed for, not in the way I would expect, but who am I to give rules to God about how he answers prayer? Who are you?"

"The Devil" Maria replied "is never more dangerous than when disguised as an angel of light. He offers us things good in themselves--healing, love--only on the condition that we abandon the truth. And if we do, we discover that the good things aren't really good at all."

"What truth have I abandoned? Male and female created he them? There's nothing that says that has to be that way forever."

Elizabeth sighed. She was losing interest in another one of the endless arguments between Christians over the meaning of their sacred book, and although she sympathized more with Sabrina's arguments she admired Maria more as a person. It was time to go home and deal with the fact that she would never be able to sexually compete with all the hot, horny babes out there, and that her marriage was effectively over. She wasn't even mad at Robbie. Robbie was who Robbie was, and if she was going to be a raging nympho that wasn't her fault--if anyone, it was Jean's, and Jean had a reason for what she did as well. At least Jean hadn't wished that all men would die like in the comic book everyone was talking about. Despite their differences, Maria and Sabrina shared the belief that the universe was run by God who intended all things for the good, and Elizabeth just didn't know.

The sad thing, of course, is that poor Billie was going to have to deal with the shock of her parents's marriage breaking apart on top of everything else. Maria and Sabrina turned from their increasingly heated arguments to see Elizabeth weeping hot tears. As one, they reached to comfort her. They knew that she was in a place where words would do little good.

Logan's mom rushed to hug her new daughter. "O baby, we're so sorry that we were stuck visiting Grandma and Grandpa with all the planes down and weren't able to see you! We were so worried! I'm so happy to see you!"

"Thanks mom." said Logan. At least mom doesn't seem to have changed much, she thought. Except for being younger and hotter. Logan was immediately squicked out by the thought of his mom as hot.

"I'm so glad your friend Alan was there! Or I guess its Allison now!"

"Yes" said Logan "I'm glad too."

"Are you feeling better about being a girl now?"

"Yes, but I want to be a girl like Aunt Kate." Aunt Kate was Logan's maternal aunt, an old-school butch lesbian who worked as an auto mechanic and who nobody had seen in a dress since her first communion at the age of seven.

"Oh" said Logan's mom, determined to hide her disappointment and not doing a good job of it.

"In fact" said Logan "I really would like to go for a haircut this afternoon so I can go back to school with my hair the way I want it."

"Great!" said Katherine. "Now everybody let me know what they think of this cake!"

"I don't know" said Martha. "This woman is really, really powerful. Who knows what she could do to us if we crossed her? She may already know everything we say or even think, if she's keeping track of what's happening to Jo."

"Hitler was really powerful" replied Kayla. "Does that mean nobody should have done anything about him?"
