Julius looked at Cody thoughtfully, "Well, this school has many programs for students. The college recognizes that its students are exceptional human beings so it can open doors to other places and life styles that normal people can't get to."
Cody lleans against the pine door frame with a smirk, "Like what?"
"Well there is the 'Fantasy Lands' project."
Cody straightened up, "Huh?"
"Sheesh, you don't know about that? The local group of magic universities are buying up large tracts of wastelands and using magic to convert them into lush forests, mountains, sparkling lakes, and calm streams. A large amount of magical energy is used to maintain it, but the benefits are extremely high."
"But why would I want to live there? Be a ranger?"
"Not quite. The colleges are looking to start colonies of magical creatures. Only humans with a large amount of magical energy could be one."
Cody looked pensive, "And what would I do as a magical creature?"
Julius grinned, "It depends on what you become, but I'm certain you wouldn't have to study anymore."
Cody grinned, "I am so there!"
