Deciding, Jeff clicked on the 'Age' tab. He thought for a moment about how old he wanted to be. While he wanted to see what he'd look like as he got older, he first wanted to try being a kid with his new father. After some deliberation, he entered '10' and clicked 'TRANSFORM'. He figured that 10 was young enough to be considered a kid but old enough to still feel like himself.
A rotating hourglass appeared on the screen, a progress bar beneath it, color sliding slowly across it. Jeff stood up and moved in front of his full-length mirror, staring at his soon-to-be-deflating body for a moment. He was about to peel his shirt off, only to notice that his shirt started to feel big on him, which was when the changes started.
The first thing to change was his hair, which was to be expected. The thin wispy stubble on his face faded quickly, as did the hair on his torso and crotch, already a far cry from what he looked like a moment ago. Next change was his body as Jeff started shrinking rapidly and his muscles rapidly deflating as his body became more scrawny. His shoulders narrowed, his pecs and abs flattened and losing definition. His forearms grew smaller as well.
While Jeff was still shrinking and his muscles getting smaller and weaker, his face started changing as well. His jaw rounded itself, chin and jawline becoming less defined. His hair shrunk back into his skull, leaving him with a boyish haircut. His voice cracked as his adam's apple shrunk, leaving him with a voice much higher than earlier. The shrinking finally stopped at just over four and a half feet - much shorter than before.
Jeff ran a hand down his torso, feeling the smooth skin and lack of muscle. He felt upwards, the chest hair was nowhere to be seen or felt and the chest itself was as flat as his torso. The lack of chest hair transitioned seamlessly into the smooth face where his beard once was. He couldn't even feel his adam's apple anymore as it had already receded and shrunk.
He tried to flex, only to see no bulging muscles but instead a scrawny kid trying to be a body-builder. His body was a far cry from what it was before the change. There were no surprises for Jeff as he checked his new stats.

Jeff returned to his chair, still having to get used to his smaller size and lack of body hair or muscles. He then noticed the new box that had popped up.
