"Dare, you freak!" she blurted out.
"Wow, that was rude," Kyle said.
"But inspiring. For your dare, I dare you to curse anyone you've bullied or made fun of, but the curse MUST benefit them, even if it puts you at a huge disadvantage, and you can't use the curse on yourself either. If you bully or make fun of someone, the amount of times you have to use the curse per day goes up and only goes down if you do a random act of kindness without expecting anything in return. If you do not meet the required curse minimum by the end of the day, you will dream that you are in Hell being punished. It will feel incredibly real and you will feel the pain even when you wake up. Hopefully it will get you to listen. Once you get down to zero times per day and you keep doing random acts of kindness, your personality will begin to change to be that of the sweetest, kindest, most caring, polite, modest, righteous, virtuous, God-following, all-encompassing-love Christian girl and your look and environment will as well. You may not be popular after the change, but I'm not doing it out of spite. I'm giving you a chance to redeem yourself. You should be thanking me. Also when you hang up, you will forget this phone call ever happened."
"As if I'm gonna do that. Everyone should be benefitting me. Now get lost, you freaky bastard!"
As she hit the "End Call" button, the past few minutes immediately left her mind.
"Why the hell do I have the phone in my hand?"
Suddenly she heard the bus come around the corner.
"Fuck it," she said as she ripped off her other sock and grabbed sandals, running out the door to catch the bus.
