They stop at a large oak tree that has long since shed its leaves. And oddity among the evergreen pines throughout; the sight of the mighty oak causes Anton to smile.
“Our tree is still here,” Anton grinning; “remember climbing it all those years ago?”
“I remember love,” Esmeralda placing her paw on the mighty trunk; “our claw marks are still visible in most sections.”
“Want to climb it again for old times’ sake,” Anton grinning.
“Last time we did that,” Esmeralda returning the smile; “you put Lance in my belly.”
“Those were the days,” Anton holding his wife as they longingly gaze at their oak tree; “and if I recall, you weren’t complaining about having another cub grow in you.”
“Having sex on a tree branch was dangerous,” Esmeralda chuckling; “kinky but dangerous.”

“Can’t chase you,” Anton grabbing Esmeralda and bowling her to the ground and pinning her down; “When I’ve already caught you.” Growling as he licks her muzzle and getting a lick from Esmeralda in return.
