These are the conditions and restrictions that will be in place during one of the four mating seasons:
1. Those who want to breed and produce offspring must do so with a compatible mate and species, usually the same as theirs. (Dogs and wolves are considered the same family)
2. Both would-be parents must both be confirmed to be out of high school (I.E. no double-doses who are still in high school)
3. If mating is to occur at this time without risking children, contraceptives must be purchased at the pharmacy in the main office.
4. If, after mating, the heat suddenly dies down, both members must immediately report to the new maternity ward in the hospital wing to confirm if pregnant.
5. If pregnancy is confirmed, the couple must register their new status with the council, both for their future offspring, but also to allow the doctors to take notes on different Animalian pregnancies.
6. Animalians that lay eggs (certain mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and birds) must remain in the maternity ward until the eggs are laid and confirmed to be in a suitable incubation device.
7. Those Animalians who give birth to live young are allowed to remain in their current homes, but must meet with a certified Animalian obstetrician once a month until contractions begin, then they must be transferred to the maternity ward.
8. Infant Animalians must not leave the ward until confirmed stable enough for travel.
9. Any humans wishing to join Animalia during this time period must fill out the required paperwork.
10. Any Animalians who have just given birth, or who wish to become parents, must be injected with the new Animalia Virus Neutralizer (AVN) before breast feeding or mating is to commence.

Shelly knew that the new Animalian construction company, made up of mole and beaver Animalians, were capable of building a two-story house with basement and full amenities in only three days and an apartment building in under a week, but what was the big surprise Clara had in mind for her?

When Shelly got back to her old property, she barely recognized it. There were half-finished and mostly finished houses over most of the property, with a small swimming pool in one corner and enough room to park a car in the driveway. The morning before she returned, Shelly received a key that was to her private quaters in the main office. The main office merged with the original farmhouse so smoothly, she couldn't tell where one ended and another began. The private quarters were pretty much the same as it was before. But when she got to the bedroom and opened the door, her heart skipped a beat.
Lying on her new, larger bed in a suggestive pose was a large, storm grey mustang stallion clad only in a strategically placed gift wrap ribbon around himself. He wasn't as big as Samson was now, but he was big enough for an even competition with him at the IAC.
"H-Hello..." Shelly stammered, surprise and arousal swirling around in her mind.
"Hello." He said, his voice almost sounding like thunder. "I'm Stormheart. As for why I'm here, simply put," at this point he undid the ribbon, allowing his massive erection (again not as big as Samson was now) to spring forth, "I'm yours."
During the subsequent mating period. Shelly learned that Stormheart had been part of the 37 stallions that had been rescued by the ASPCA from the horse fighting ring in Montana. He and the others had just completed their time in the hospital wing, and were being picked up by various mares around town. Delilah and Calamity had just finished their punishment and were dealing with six weeks of built up sexual frustrations by having it dealt with by Red Cloud and Thunder, respectively.
