“Looks like it’s starting to snow,” Benton comments as he pulls into the Lawson driveway. After having breakfast at The Local Diner; he began to drop Frieda’s friends Eric and Spencer home. Stopping at the Lawson residence as it was first; Benton was surprised to see Eric also getting out.
“You’re staying over here,” Benton looking at the fourteen year old boy.
“I can easily get home from here,” Eric answering; “a ten to fifteen minute run thanks to being a were-panther.”
“Plus,” Spencer speaking up; “Eric and I need to study for those end of year exams starting Monday.”
“Shit,” Frieda shouts; “I forgot about those!”
“Language,” Amanda shouting back; “you can study at home. After you help your father and I with decorating the Christmas tree.”
After getting the overnight bags Frieda provided earlier for both Eric and Spencer; and collecting Spencer’s gaming console, Eric and Spencer watch Benton drive off with their friend and lover Frieda. Already feeling the separation between them; Eric and Spencer hold each other’s hands as they walk inside the Lawson house.
As both Eric and Spencer enter; both are rushed by a black furred werewolf and a black furred were-panther/feline hybrid. Both of Spencer’s parents still in their Fursonas; Eric watches as Evan growling happily picks up his daughter hugging her and celebrating.
“Your father and I have something wonderful to tell you,” Maggie smiling as she looks at her daughter.
“You’re going to be a big sister in about nine months,” Evan beaming; “Maggie is pregnant.”
“Already,” Eric looking stunned; “that was… quick.”
“We weres,” Spencer rolling her eyes; “can conceive a lot quicker than a normal. Didn’t you read that god awful pamphlet the town chancellor gave your family when you moved to town?”
“I skipped that part,” Eric answering sheepishly; “With my brother becoming the first in our family to become a were, there really wasn’t a need to continue going over it.”
“Well I’m pregnant,” Maggie showing the positive test result on her pregnancy kit; “plus according to your dad, my scent has changed to reflect being with child.”
“Now that you mention it,” Spencer sniffing the air; “you do smell different. Is that normal?”
“Perfectly,” Evan putting his daughter down; “I can recognize the smell of your mom pregnant any time. It’s the same scent she gave off when you,” Evan grinning and placing a paw on Maggie’s belly; “were growing in her.”
“Dad,” Spencer looking embarrassed; “not in front of Eric.”
“He’ll notice your scent change,” Evan chuckling; “when you start bearing his cubs.”
“Not for many years from now though,” Maggie chiming in; “are you and Eric doing anything special today?”
“Studying for our exams,” Spencer answers; “why?”
“Because once your grandfather gets here,” Evan smiling; “we are having a celebratory hunt! Fresh venison for supper.”
“A pack hunt,” Spencer looking excited; “can Eric join in?”
“I don’t see why not,” Maggie answering; “just try not to gorge yourself on the fresh meat, I want some saved for future meals.”
Evan gives Spencer and Eric a sly wink. Eric not knowing what that means, but Spencer picking up on it merely nods. Two bucks will be hunted; one for dinner and one to be skinned and butchered for future meals. Nodding in return; Spencer takes Eric up to her room to study and possibly have some one on one fun.

Driving home; Benton couldn’t help but notice Frieda smile and start purring. Quickly as they left, he notice his daughter looking sad as they drove from the Lawson house; but know her emotional state had done a complete one eighty. If Frieda never got tested, Benton would have wondered if his daughter was bi-polar like him.
“Something on your mind,” Benton speaking; “you seem happy their Frieda.”
“I can sense Eric and Spencer happy and excited,” Frieda answering; “I wonder what happened?”
I’m sure you’ll find out later,” Amanda answering; “what with your nightly skype chats that you think your father and I don’t hear.”
“Just don’t spend too much time with your friends,” Benton speaking up; “your grandparents are in town and will want to spend time with you.”
“Can Eric and Spencer come over for Christmas dinner,” Frieda asking.
“That,” Amanda responding; “is going to be a family only affair."
“But the New Year’s Party,” Benton chiming in as they pull up to the estate; “that your mother is planning? That’s different.”
Then don’t forget to invite Eric and Spencer’s parents,” Frieda speaking up; “Don’t be snubbing them because of their fursona’s or alternative lifestyles.”
“Enough with that Frieda,” Amanda speaking as they all get out of the town car now parked in the garage; “If your father can I can put up with your… sexual appetite, however strange it may be-“
“Let’s just drop that topic of conversation,” Benton sighing; “and help me find the Christmas decorations.”

Up in Spencer’s room; Both Eric and Spencer have already removed their clothes and shifted into their fursona’s. For Spencer, her fursona is a black furred werewolf/panther/feline hybrid. Eric’s fursona is a white furred were-panther, with a small amount of brown fur on the top of his head. Both with their intense green eyes; Eric watches as Spencer logs into her computer checking her email to see an exam schedule sent to her form Principal Andrews.
“I imagine you got one emailed to you as well Eric,” Spencer looking at the email; “but how are we going to study when our text books and notes are at school?”
“Are you sure,” Eric picking up Spencer’s backpack; “Is this not your binder containing your notes?”
“Oh yeah,” Spencer looking at her bag; “I forgot about that. Is my science book in their as well?”
“You mean your chemistry text book,” Eric pulling it out?
“That’s the one,” Spencer commenting; “Science and History are my first exams on Monday. I take it your books are at home?”
“I really don’t need them,” Eric smiling; “I’ve always been able to do well on tests and exams. I’ve never had to study. Having an eidetic memory,” Eric sitting on Spencer’s bed; “helps. Guess it’s why I’m on the honor roll year after year.”
“Then help me study,” Spencer looking at Eric; “I’m not keen on being held back again, only this time due to bad grades.”
“If you do fail,” Eric chuckling; “you’ll have classes with me and Frieda.”
“A pleasant thought,” Spencer looking bemused; “but one I don’t want to come to pass.”
Eric grins as he looks at Spencer’s notes and helps her prepare. Being Saturday and the weekend; Eric knows that unlike him, Spencer needs help with maintaining her grades. Putting his carnal desires aside; Eric starts helping Spencer with her history. Like math; this was one of Spencer’s tough subjects.
