Mephistopheles just grinned enigmaticly as he threw back a large curtain revealing a very large audience, all applauding enthusiasticly. "SO!" he said loudly “Who would like to see him disappear?”
The audience cheered, egged on by Mephistopheles. You hope to truly disappear as you are not comfortable with this, being press-ganged into participating in something against your will.
Before you knew it, The Magician produced a large box, similar to the box used to cut up the magicial assistant, and forced you to step into it. He closed the box, trapping you in total darkness briefly. He opened the top part of the box's door, revealing your head and neck to the audience. "As you can see folks, my 'assistant' is prepaired, are you?" Mephistopheles asked the audience, who just cheered in response.
