Kyle returned with the device and the wet suit. It wasn't hard. The girls were pretty pre-occupied, either swimming, hopping, or just playing with each other's new bodies. They didn't seem to notice him grab the items by the pool and silently slink away.
"Oh good, you got it. What's that? " asked Crystal, pointing to the wet suit.
"It's part of the process. You have to wear it for the device to change you. And you have to be ... naked," said Kyle, blushing.
"Not a problem, " said Crystal, as she began to undress right in front of Kyle. Kyle turned away, presenting his back to her so she could get changed in private. Crystal chuckled. "Oh, a gentleman. How sweet!"
Kyle said nothing, but face grew even more red. He didn't know why it seemed to bother him - he had just pretty much participated in an orgy with the frog girls. But for some reason this felt different, and he was glad Crystal hadn't seen him do that. Did he like her? Or did the transformation maybe change his mind in some way, lowering his inhibitions? It was kind of a scary idea, but Crystal interrupted his line of thinking.
"Okay, I'm ready," said Crystal.
Kyle turned around and looked at Crystal. The suit clung to her body tightly, and he could see every curve of her body. He had never noticed what a nice figure she had. Her chest was not large, but was still impressive, a full B cup. But her narrow waist and wide hips were well accentuated by the skin-tight suit. He could not see any fat on her body, just a nice toned figure. He couldn't help but feel a little aroused looking at her like that.
"It's a little tight, " said Crystal, trying to adjust to top. She inadvertently flashed a little skin and Kyle felt himself begin to get even more excited. But Crystal smiled, obviously aware that he was checking her out, so he got himself under control.
"Yeah, it might feel that way at first. But after you change it will feel normal, like your regular skin. You need to put on the gloves, flippers and hood, too," said Kyle nervously.
"I feel a bit silly wearing this stuff, but if it works it will be worth it. So, hit me!" said Crystal enthusiastically.
Kyle examined the device. It had no buttons and was apparently touch activated. He scanned through the settings. Everything seemed to be gibberish to him: numbers, formulas, and variables with names that he did not recognize. He dared not change any of that, for fear of what it might do. He didn't want to kill Crystal by accident. It was a lot more complicated than he thought and he was about to give up when he saw one word - Species. He clicked on the option and saw a long list of names. He recognized a few as different types of frogs, but the others were a mystery to him. But none looked anything like an alligator.
"What's the problem?" asked Crystals, waddling over to him in her flippers.
"There isn't an option for alligator, sorry, " said Kyle. "Maybe we should just ask Sam..."
"Let me see it, " said Crystal, snatching the device in her gloved hand. "Just type it in and add it to the list. Darn, gloves. Can you do it for me? It's Alligator mississippiensis."
"Are you sure?" asked Kyle, carefully taking the device back from her.
"Oh, I'm sure. I know everything about them, " said Crystal. "Now let's do this. Hit me already!"
Kyle typed the name into the list of choices. A progress bar appeared. Apparently the device was downloading some information, maybe information about alligators? In just a few seconds it was complete and indicated it was ready.
"Are you sure about this?" asked Kyle again nervously.
"Yes, yes! Just do it!"
"Okay. Here goes nothing, " said Kyle as he pushed the button to activate the device.
