With both Regina Talbot and Amanda Knight sitting in at the Anderson kitchen; both William and Martha listened as they explained were-weddings and their significance as Eric, Spencer, Frieda, Eric and Jean lounge in the living room.
“I feel like I’m at the dentist office waiting for a root canal,” Eric watching his older brother channel surf.
“And I haven’t even had a chance to tell your parents,” Spencer sitting next to Eric; “about my mother giving birth yesterday.”
“You think they will freak out,” Frieda sighing; “when they find out we had a were-wedding?”
“For me and Nate,” Jean playing with Nate’s rough beard; “I doubt it. It’s you three the will probably get yelled at.”
“My parents are oddly okay with it,” Frieda sighing; “Spencer’s father seemed concerned.”
“Mom and Dad may be more laid back,” Eric pondering; “after they became were-foxes, but I wonder?”
Meanwhile in the Anderson kitchen.
“Sugar with your coffee,” Martha pouring Amanda another cup from the pot.
“No thank you,” Amanda sipping the brew; “I prefer it black.”
“Cream with mine please,” Regina speaking.
“Now why are you telling us about were-weddings,” William taking a big gulp of is coffee; drops trickling down his maw as his were-fox muzzle as the amount he drank was more than his mouth could handle.
“It’s because you son and my daughter,” Regina sipping her coffee while still in her human form; “had one last night.
William chokes on his coffee as Martha gasps; “Nate is married?”
“In the eye of nature,” Regina speaking; “it’s not quite legal in the eyes of the government, but married none the lest.”
“Kind of like an engagement,” Martha grasping the concept; “was it a proposal?”
“Were-weddings are different for every couple,” Amanda chiming in; “Eric, Spencer and Frieda’s was just as unique.”
“WHAT,” William’s voice booming; “my youngest son got married last night as well?”
“No,” Amanda sighing; “they have been married for about nine months now. They only just found out today.”
“How,” William growling; “give me the details.”
“I’d rather not,” Amanda shudders; “while I have accepted my daughter’s lifestyle choice, I don’t like talking about it.”
“Their bond,” Martha quietly speaking; “the bond the three formed that Saturday evening.”
“Exactly,” Amanda pausing; “I realized it the next day when Frieda told me about her bond and why her eyes changed to the intense green the three have.”
“And how did Benton react to this,” William grumbling; “did he flip out and start punching walls again?”
“My husband was surprisingly calm,” Amanda answering; “but he found out after he was dealing with something that put him in a really good mood.”
Meanwhile back in the living room.
“Dad just found out,” Nate commenting after leaving the television tuned to channel airing a documentary regarding the super volcano under Yellowstone National Park; “odds on when he storms in here?”
“Way before this program ends,” Eric feeling sick; “I say in five minutes.”
“Ten minutes,” Jean chuckling; “but not before Nate and I beat a quick retreat upstairs for a wild rut.”
“Really,” Nate looking at Jean; “despite the fact that your brother was shot, you got sex on the brain?”
“When you mate is horny,” Jean purring; “you best give her what she wants. Because,” Jean shoving a hand down Nate’s pants; “I’ll just get to anyway.”
“It’s a good thing I don’t have any landscaping jobs today,” Nate groaning as he feels Jean’s hand making him aroused; “I would leave you disappointed.”
Eric, Frieda and Spencer roll their eyes as the see Jean and Nate starting to kiss and make out on the sofa; fortunately it stops as Regina and Amanda step out of the kitchen followed by William and Martha. All five stare at their parents for what seemed like an eternity before William spoke up.
“Did I not say earlier,” William looking at Nate; “no sex on the sofa.”
“We didn’t get that far yet,” Nate looking at his father; “give us another five minutes and we will.”
“We can dance around the subject all you want William,” Martha speaking; “but we need to talk to our children about what was discussed in the kitchen.”
“We’re married,” Nate speaking while placing a hand on Jean’s lap; “nothing that can be said can change that.”
“Yes,” William sighing; “that was made clear. Yet it is only in the eyes of nature, so it’s not exactly legal. You still have school and don’t think for one second I’ll let you drop out. That includes you as well,” William staring at Eric; “no professor ever wants to deal with the shame of their children dropping out.”
“Now if you intend to rut,” Martha yawing; “do it in the rec room. William and I need to nap.”
“Mom gave birth yesterday,” Spencer preventing the were-foxes from leaving; “She had the baby at home.”
“Jean,” Regina seeing the were-foxes looking alert now; “I’m heading back to the hospital to be with your brother. Try to visit him before visiting hours end alright?”
“And I’m going to check up on your father,” Amanda looking at Frieda; “call us if you are sting over here.”
Watching Amanda and Regina leave; the two were foxes grabbed nearby chairs and joined the children in the living room.
“Boy or a girl,” Martha looking at Spencer.
“A boy,” Spencer answering; “and his name is Evan Junior.”
“And she went into labor and gave birth at home,” William looking surprised; “how did Evan take it?”
“Ask dad,” Spencer answering; “he and grandpa were there.”
“Guess we have to head over to the hospital to visit and offer congratulations,” William yawning; “I’ll get more coffee brewing.”
“Make sure we have a thermos to go,” Martha getting up; “I’ll take a shower while you make the coffee.”
Watching William and Martha leave; Jean goes back to placing her hand down Nate’s pants.
“I still want your lupine rod in my hungry snatch,” Jean looking lustful.
“Upstairs then,” Nate encouraging Jean to his room; and following her.
Eric, Frieda and Spencer smile as they quickly remove their clothes and purr as they shift into their fursonas. Eric a white furred were-panther. Frieda a grey furred were-panthress with russet highlights. And spencer a black furred werewolf/panther/feline hybrid. The three snuggle up with each other; massaging their ears while watching the program that Nate left on the television.
