Hector had Alonzo drive to MegaBurger. He took his Chronivac with him, and left Max & Alonzo alone in the back of the car.
"Use protection," Hector advised, and then added, "Ahem, Max give me some money for a burger."
Max gave Hector a twenty, "Have two or three, we'll be a while, bro."
Hector rolled his eyes, closed the door, and went into the burger joint.
"Hey, Hector, is your brother Max around?" asked Tracy a cute girl from school.
"Uh, dunno," said Max, not sure if his brother was out or not. He could out him pretty easily by sending Tracy out to the limo. But maybe he could use Max to get a date, "So you wanna join me." After all he did have a $20 bill burning a hole in his pocket.
"Hector, you're sweet and all, but I'm really interested in Max. Don't get me wrong, it's not just looks and personality. Oh, never mind. If you see Max, tell him to call me."
And she was gone.
Hector glanced over at the limo parked just outside the window of the booth that he was in. He turned his attention to the Chronivac. He opened it up, and began typing. Why be Max's step-bro, when he could be Max? He smiled as he selected Subjects 2 and 3, and the limo stopped rocking.
Then selected subject one, and smiled as he typed.
"Whoa!" he exclaimed as he felt his manhood swell in his briefs to Max's dimensions. He hadn't realized that Max had that big a bulge.
Next he took subject three's height, weight and transferred them to his stats. Damn, he forgot to adjust his clothing. His pant legs only reached mid-calf now, though his skintight t-shirt really did show off his new muscles. He turned on the laptop's camera, and looked at his new image. He recognized his face, but his head was shaped differently. Guess, it fell under the category of physique. He still was dark haired, dark eyed and dark skinned. Well, there were toggle switches for that. He watched his eyes lighten from dark brown to hazel to gold to green, and finally an ice blue. He nodded. His hair went from black to blonde in a few seconds. Maybe too blonde, it looked white. He did like the contrast with his dark skin. Maybe he'd be a tan version of Max. He reset his facial features, and accessed Max's memories. Then he dialed Tracy on the phone now that he knew her number.
"Hey, Tracy," he said.
"Who is this? Hector?"
He cleared his throat, and adjusted the voice controls on the Chronivac.
"Sorry, Trace, it's me Max, I was just eating."
"Oh, and I told you never call me Trace. It's Tracy or Snoogypie."
"Snoogie Pie?" Hector said in Max's voice, "Snoogypie it is. Hey, I'm at the MegaBurger now, You around? Hector said you wanted to -uh, talk."
"Okay, where are you in the MegaBurger."
"I got Hector's old booth- all to myself."
"Okay, I'll ditch my posse and be right there."
Hector quickly turned his attention to the Limo. He changed the real Max into a Husky pup and Alonzo into a weredog chauffeur. He figured he'd let them have some fun, until he needed the limo for Tracy.
Max's tongue was already hanging out when it grew a few inches, and white and grey fur covered his body. He yelped, but there was nothing he could do. He shrank from 220 lbs down to 85 lbs, and sprouted a tail.
Alonzo was grinning as he morphed into an anthrodog still in his chauffeur uniform.
