You arrived at the castle after about what you guessed was 3 hours by foot. There was an entrance blocked by two guards. "Halt stranger please state your purpose, and/or reason to enter Castle Cresgriemer." One guard said blocking your path.
"I wish to see Dardact he is the wizard here is he not. I'm apparently the Void Vanquisher, I can prove it too." You said showing the guards your hand.
"Indeed you have the mark, but if you truly were the Void Vanquisher you would know your own oath would you not?" The guard said.
You suddenly remembered what the wizard told you,"I don't know much about that, but Dardact told me to see him, show you my mark, and say 'Let the sword be drawn from fire and vanquish shadows'." You said, and the guard said.
"That miss was the oath to the Void Vanquisher, you truly are it. Come follow me, I shall guide you to Wizard Dardact myself missss......." the guard said
"Dusk, I didn't have a name at first, I heard it's gender neutral so that's what I go by." You said.
"In that case follow me miss Dusk I am sir Harold. Griffin find someone to temporarily take my place until I return. I'll deal with any trouble that head master Gerald gives me." The one guard,Sir Harold said
Sir Harold lead you into the castle, and took you to a set of doors."This is where headmaster wizard Dardact is allow me to present you, if you will." Sir Harold said, and you nodded.
Sir Harold lead you up to the old wizard,"I hope I am not disturbing you from anything important Headmaster Wizard Dardact." Sir Harold said standing at attention.
"Oh no not at all, now what is the matter?" Dardact asked.
"Headmaster it's just as you said would happen, the Void Vanquisher has arrived, and I presented her to you now. She successfully recited the ancient oath, and bears your mark on her hand, or claw for that matter." Sir Harold said, and Dardact turned around.
"Sir knight you are dismissed," Dardact said, and Sir Harold left, and Dardact continued,"Dragon-kin eh? Female too it must be hard to adjust, I bet you don't even know how to fly am I correct?"
"Yes, uh Headmaster Wizard Dardact sir, I chose the name Dusk upon reaching conciseness." You said
"Hmm, It's been about 3 days since we talked, where did you appear, were there any complications?" Dardact asked
"Actually I appeared near a farm about five miles away, the family who ran it sheltered me. The farm is called Crossungs Farm, and if it's possible I'd like to give them a token of my thanks is all." You said
"I know that Farm quite well, that was nice of them I'll speak to the traders about sending something their way in the meantime I have some clothes for you besides the ones you have on now I want you to wear them when we present you to the King. I assume you know how to act in front of his majesty don't you?" Dardact said.
"Speak as formerly as possible, and bow when ever we cross paths right?" You asked
"Indeed, it's good you retained that knowledge, here allow me to show you to your quarters." Dardact said, and you followed him
